Abstract: A generic system adapted to receive control, configuration and status information from a plurality of wireless devices over a communication system. The generic system includes an input adapted to receive power from a primary power source. An output controller is coupled to the input and to a plurality of outputs. The generic system further includes a network interface adapted to receive the control, configuration and status information from the plurality of wireless devices over the communication system and for generating a plurality of signals. A processor is coupled to the network interface and to the output controller. The processor is adapted to receive and process the plurality of signals provided by the network interface for generating a plurality of control signals.
