Abstract: Disclosed are novel compounds of Chemical Formula 1, optical isomers of the compounds, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds or the optical isomers. The compounds, isomers, and salts exhibit excellent activity as GLP-1 receptor agonists. In particular, they, as GLP-1 receptor agonists, exhibit excellent glucose tolerance, thus having a great potential to be used as therapeutic agents for metabolic diseases. Moreover, they exhibit excellent pharmacological safety for cardiovascular systems.

Abstract: A mobile terminal configured to couple with a user-removable interface module includes a connector configured to couple or otherwise contact the removable interface module, a controller configured to determine whether a coupling exists between the mobile terminal and the removable interface module, and a touchscreen display configured to display the first group of icons responsive to the determining that the coupling does not exist and display the second group of icons responsive to the determining that the coupling exists, wherein each of the first group of icons relates to a function that is associated with the mobile terminal and which are each controllable responsive to user input to the touchscreen display, and wherein each of the second group of icons relates to a function of the mobile terminal that is associated with the removable interface module and which are each controllable responsive to user input to the touchscreen display.
