    Abstract: A blue phase liquid crystal composition includes a chiral dopant, a positive liquid crystal component and a negative liquid crystal component. The positive liquid crystal component includes at least one positive liquid crystal material, has a positive dielectric anisotropy and has no blue phase properties with respect to the chiral dopant. In addition, the negative liquid crystal component includes at least one negative liquid crystal material, has a negative dielectric anisotropy and has no blue phase properties with respect to the chiral dopant, so that the blue phase liquid crystal composition has a dielectric anisotropy between 0.5 and 14 and a blue phase temperature range larger than 3° C.

    Abstract: An RC filter is calibrated to a desired cutoff frequency by initializing the filter with a cutoff frequency. An input signal is filtered by the RC filter to provide a filter output signal having phase and frequency values. The cutoff frequency of the RC filter is adjusted based on the phase and frequency values of the filter output signal if the phase and frequency values do not satisfy a predetermined condition. The filtering and adjusting are repeated until the phase and frequency values of the filter output signal satisfy the predetermined condition. A calibration apparatus has a frequency generator, a resistor-capacitor (RC) filter, a phase comparator, a frequency detector, and a state machine. The phase comparator, frequency detector, and state machine are configured to calibrate the RC filter to a cutoff frequency specified by the reference signal based on a filter output signal of the RC filter.

During phase (a), if the new node detects a leader node, it allocates an address from its managed address pool and the new node assumes a member node roll in the leader node cell. If the new node does not detect any leader node in its vicinity, it goes on to the phase (b), wherein, if the new node detects a first cell member node, it assumes the role of leader covering a second cell, obtains an available pool of managed addresses and is allocated one of the obtained addresses.

In the horizontal position, a free end of the magazine member is spaced apart from the end of the handle. In the inclined position, the free end of the magazine member is adjacent to the end of the handle, and the connecting rod abuts against the magazine member along a full length thereof.

A first stop has a bottom surface whose part extends downward to form a blocking portion, and the rest part of the bottom surface is defined as a revolving platform. A second stop engaging with the rotatable cam has a top surface protruding upward to form a pushing block rotatablely disposed on the revolving platform.

The damping body has a bottom base, an annular sidewall, and a recess defined between the bottom base and the annular sidewall. The annular sidewall is received in the annual groove. The sleeve is received in the recess. Inner grooves are opened in the inside of the annular sidewall, outer grooves are opened in the outside of the annular sidewall. The outer gasket around the annular sidewall and below the outer grooves, the outer gasket is against the inside of the shell body. The pushing body is capable of pushing the damping body to rotate under the elastic force of the hinge.
