  • Publication number: 20210117648
Abstract: A method for recognizing a three-dimensional (3D) model is described. The method includes obtaining a sketch of the object and generating a skeleton view of the sketch. A first shape-description vector is determined by processing the sketch through a first convolutional neural network (CNN), and a second shape-description vector is determined by processing the skeleton view through a second CNN. A feature-description vector is identified from a descriptor database based on a concatenated vector of the first shape-description vector and the second shape-description vector. The descriptor database stores feature-description vectors obtained by training the first CNN and the second CNN over a plurality of 3D models. A 3D model of the object corresponding to the feature-description vector is identified from the plurality of 3D models.

  • Patent number: 10684249
Abstract: A device for measuring pH levels and contaminant concentration includes an electrode assembly that is electrically coupled to a control unit. The electrode assembly includes a first contact electrically coupled to a reference electrode, a second contact electrically coupled to a working electrode, and a third contact electrically coupled to a counter electrode. The working electrode may be modified to include a cysteine functionalized graphene oxide with polypyrrole nanocomposite. In operation, the control unit may apply a complex signal to the working electrode via the second contact in order to adhere and subsequently strip contaminant ions from the fluid sample to the working electrode. During this process, a current may be measured across the working electrode and the counter electrode to measure contaminant ion concentration. The pH of the fluid sample may also be determined by a current measured across the reference electrode and the counter electrode.

  • Patent number: 10194200
Abstract: A method for removing transitional noise in an audio data stream is performed by a computing device. After obtaining first and second audio frames in a time sequence of the audio data stream, the computing device determines a frame segmentation position in the audio frames based on predefined closeness criteria that require a predefined distance between the sampling point values at the frame segmentation position in the first and second audio frames to satisfy a predefined closeness condition. Next, the computing device obtains respective sampling point values preceding the frame segmentation position in the second audio frame and ones following the frame segmentation position in the first audio frame. The computing device then sequentially stitches the respective sampling point values obtained from the first and second audio frame to generate a third audio frame and inserts the third audio frame between the first audio frame and the second audio frame.
