The power module is fixedly connected to the water-cooled plate. A cooling medium flows in from the controller housing, and then flows out of the controller housing after being heat exchanged by the water-cooled plate. The present invention utilizes upper and lower surfaces of the water-cooled plate to dissipate heat from the capacitor and the power module simultaneously.
