A method performed by a first Base station (BS), comprises: transmitting a scheduling user equipment (S-UE) qualification criterion to a group of UEs; receiving at least one request for being a first S-UE from at least one member UE (M-UE) in the group that satisfies the S-UE qualification criterion; transmitting a signal indicating the first S-UE based on the at least one request; and transmitting, to the first S-UE, group-based resource information for the group of UEs.

Abstract: The present application relates to a method and apparatus for aligning sidelink DRX configuration. One embodiment of the subject application provides a method for sidelink communication, comprising: receiving, from a second User Equipment (UE), a second request for one or more sidelink Discontinuous Reception (DRX) configurations, wherein the second request includes assisting information; and transmitting, by the first UE, the one or more sidelink DRX configurations determined based on the assisting information to the second UE.

Abstract: An electronic device and method for shape refinement of a 3D mesh reconstructed from images is disclosed. A set of images of an object is acquired and used to estimate a first 3D mesh of a head portion of the object. A first set of operations is executed on the first 3D mesh to generate a second 3D mesh. The first set of operations includes a removal of one or more regions which are unneeded for head-shape estimation and/or a removal of one or more mesh artifacts associated with a 3D shape or a topology of the first 3D mesh. A 3D template mesh is processed to determine a set of filling patches which corresponds to a set of holes in the second 3D mesh. Based on the second 3D mesh and the set of filling patches, a hole filling operation is executed to generate a final 3D mesh.

Abstract: An electronic device and method for 3D modeling based on 2D warping is disclosed. The electronic device acquires a color image of a face of a user, depth information corresponding to the color image, and a point cloud of the face. A 3D mean-shape model of a reference 3D face is acquired, and rigid aligned with the point cloud. A 2D projection of the aligned 3D mean-shape model is generated. The 2D projection includes a set of landmark points associated with the aligned 3D mean-shape model. The 2D projection is warped such that the set of landmark points in the 2D projection is aligned with a corresponding set of feature points in the color image. A 3D correspondence between the aligned 3D mean-shape model and the point cloud is determined for a non-rigid alignment of the aligned 3D mean-shape model, based on the warped 2D projection and the depth information.

Abstract: The present application relates to a user equipment, a base station, a core network and a method for data transmission. The user equipment transmits capability information to the core network for indicating to the core network at least one downlink data transmission procedure supported by the user equipment. The core network transmits a first paging message to the base station. The base station transmits a second paging message to the user equipment. The user equipment selects a downlink data transmission procedure from the at least one downlink data transmission procedure after receiving the second paging message.

Abstract: A method for routing, through a geographic region over a time interval, a sensor platform mounted on a vehicle is described. The method includes receiving a precision level for at least one constituent of an environment measured by a sensor of the sensor platform. The precision level corresponds to a mean concentration of the constituent(s) over the time interval. A reference dataset corresponding to the geographic region and the time interval is selected. From the reference dataset and the precision level, at least one minimum number of distinct samples for a plurality of geographic segments of the geographic region is determined. The method also includes determining a number of passes for the geographic region over the time interval using the minimum number of distinct samples for each of the plurality of geographic segments. Each pass of the number of passes is part of a route for the vehicle.

A method according to an embodiment of the present application includes: determining grouping rule information on a set of UE grouping rules for wake up signal (WUS) supported in a base station (BS); and configuring WUS resource information and group information associated with the set of grouping rules. Embodiments of the present application can improve the legacy WUS mechanism and efficiently reduce false wake up probability.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application are related to a method and apparatus for indicating QoS flow information. A method according to an embodiment of the present application includes: mapping at least one data packet to a QoS flow, wherein the QoS flow is associated with a set of QoS parameters; mapping the QoS flow to a sidelink radio bearer (SLRB) based on index configuration information, wherein the index configuration information indicates a set of indexes associated with each QoS parameter of the set of QoS parameters; and transmitting configuration information of the SLRB and mapping index information, wherein the mapping index information indicates a quantization index of each QoS parameter of the set of QoS parameters, and the set of QoS parameters is quantified to the mapping index information based on the index configuration information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multifunctional therapeutic biological material and preparation method thereof. The process steps of the preparation method are as follows: (1) preparing various three-dimensional micro/nano composite structure on the surface of a biomedical material by using femtosecond laser double pulses; (2) further preparing a nano-flower structure on the three-dimensional micro/nano composite structure by using hydrothermal synthesis method to construct a heterogeneous structure consisting of the three-dimensional micro/nano composite structure and the nano-flower structure; (3) putting the prepared heterogeneous structure into a mixed solution containing gold ions and platinum ions, and by using ultraviolet light reduction method, reducing in situ into gold-platinum bimetallic nanoparticles on the heterogeneous structure to obtain the multifunctional therapeutic biological material.
