    Abstract: Marking apparatus for marking tissue imaged through an imaging device including a viewing element in the form of a spacer having an imaging window which provides an imaging zone through which tissue can be imaged by an imaging probe. The apparatus can include a marker implement connected to a coupling device. In some embodiments, the coupling device is configurable to position the marker implement in a first position substantially out of the imaging window and a second position in the imaging zone of the imaging window. The marker implement can apply a mark when in the second position and thereby to tissue in the imaging zone while the apparatus remains in the imaging position on the tissue. The spacer can be length adjustable in order to change the depth of focus of the imaging probe, thereby to focus at different depths within a patient's skin.

The cooling assembly can include an applicator in fluid communication with the supply lumen and configured to deliver cryotherapeutic cooling to nerves proximate the target site when the cooling assembly is in a deployed state.

The scanner further includes a polygon mirror axle extending into the block, about which the block rotates, a rotary encoder having a rotational component with an axis of rotation aligned with the polygon mirror axle, the rotational component having one or more characteristics configured to cause the rotary encoder to return a signal, and a second mirror pivotable along an axis orthogonal to the polygon mirror axle. The controller is configured to determine a rotational parameter of the polygon mirror in response to the signal returned from the rotary encoder.

In other systems, a single fiber is used for one way classical communications and quantum communications.     Abstract: Various user behaviors are passively monitored and recorded when a user/viewer interacts with a network video player, e.g. a web video player, while watching an online video clip. For one embodiment, a data collection agent (DCA) is loaded to the player and/or to a web page that displays the video clip. The DCA passively collects detailed viewing and behavior information without requiring any specific input or actions on the part of the user. Indications of user preferences are inferred by user actions leading up to viewing the video, while viewing the video, and just after and still related to viewing the video. The DCA periodically sends this information to a central server where it is stored in a central database and where it is used to determine preference similarities among different users. Recorded user preference information may also be used to rate a video itself.

After the campaign, attribution results for the intended ads are adjusted according to those for non-intended ads to provide an indication of net media lift resulting from the intended ads—typically at no additional cost to the first advertiser/client. The second gas turbine receives a fuel from a fuel supply and portion of compressed working fluid from the first gas turbine and produces a reformed fuel, and a fuel skid provides fluid communication between a turbine in the second gas turbine and a combustor in the first gas turbine. A method for providing hydrogen enriched fuel includes diverting a portion of a first compressed working fluid from a first compressor to a second compressor and providing a second compressed working fluid from the second compressor. Mixing a first portion of a compressed fuel with the second compressed working fluid in a reformer to produce a reformed fuel, flowing a second portion of the compressed fuel to a second turbine for cooling, and flowing the reformed fuel through the second turbine to cool the reformed fuel.
