In particular a thinner and more compact timer assembly is achieved by implementing various features of the present invention, including but not limited to, recessed contact arm channels, contact arms positioned wholly on a single side, contact arms oriented with a length parallel to the baseplate and a thickness parallel with the baseplate thickness, and a slim profile actuator which moves in the direction of the length.

    Abstract: An elastomeric flashing assembly includes an elastomeric film having a rough opening panel and a wall flange. A liner is removably coupled along an elastomeric film adhesive side. A panel support substrate is coupled along the rough opening panel of the elastomeric film. The rough opening panel has a first elastomeric deformation characteristic based on the panel support substrate. The wall flange has a second elastomeric deformation characteristic lower than the first elastomeric deformation characteristic. In an installed configuration, the rough opening panel extends over the rough opening frame and the wall flange is folded at a wall flange joint and stretched around at least one rough opening frame corner along a wall panel of the rough opening frame in a planar configuration. The wall flange with the second elastomeric deformation characteristic is deformable into a planar configuration while coupled along the wall panel in the installed configuration.

    Abstract: In illustrative implementations of this invention, a crucible kiln heats glass such that the glass becomes or remains molten. A nozzle extrudes the molten glass while one or more actuators actuate movements of the nozzle, a build platform or both. A computer controls these movements such that the extruded molten glass is selectively deposited to form a 3D glass object. The selective deposition of molten glass occurs inside an annealing kiln. The annealing kiln anneals the glass after it is extruded. In some cases, the actuators actuate the crucible kiln and nozzle to move in horizontal x, y directions and actuate the build platform to move in a z-direction. In some cases, fluid flows through a cavity or tubes adjacent to the nozzle tip, in order to cool the nozzle tip and thereby reduce the amount of glass that sticks to the nozzle tip.
