The cooling and heating module includes: a compressor; the condenser; an expansion valve for controlling a flow of the refrigerant condensed in the condenser; the first evaporator for evaporating the refrigerant supplied through the expansion valve; a first-first blowing unit for blowing air through the first evaporator; a first-second blowing unit for blowing air through the condenser; and a discharge duct for selectively delivering the air supplied through the first-first blowing unit and the first-second blowing unit toward the passenger by opening and closing means.
