    Abstract: In an example embodiment a method of processing a substrate includes forming a plasma in a plasma chamber and using charged grids to form an ion beam and to thereby accelerate ions from the plasma chamber to a processing chamber. An auxiliary heater, which may be a radiant heater, may be used to pre-heat a grid to a saturation state to accelerate heating and concomitant distortion of the grid. A process recipe may pre-compensate for distortion of the grid.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an online diagnostic/prognostic system, for a rotation device, which does not require a diagnostic apparatus to be transferred and enables easy transmission of waveform data to a remote site. To this end, the present invention comprises: a vibration sensor mounted on a rotation device; a data analyzing unit connected to the vibration sensor and for extracting valid data, which is required for the diagnosis of the rotation device, from data obtained from the vibration sensor; and a diagnostic/prognostic server for diagnosing for abnormalities in the rotation device by means of comparing the valid data and prestored data. Therefore, the present invention does not require an apparatus for measuring vibrations to be transferred and enables transmission of waveform data to a remote cite, thereby enabling more efficient diagnosis for a rotation device and preventing abnormalities in the rotation device.

By determining a user's location in a user space corresponding to a user activity, it is possible to control electronic devices corresponding to the user activity or provide a service of monitoring activities of the old and weak and the child.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for diagnosing a rotation device by means of a rotor-bearing-foundation model, the method characterized by utilizing the characteristics of a simulation rotor system. To this end, the present invention comprises the steps of: simulating a rotation device as a rotor system; forming a mathematical model for the rotor system; estimating the state of the rotation device by means of the mathematical model and a vibration measurement value of the rotation device; and diagnosing for abnormalities in the rotation device from the changes in an estimated value. Therefore, since a rotation device is diagnosed for abnormalities by means of forming a mathematical model for a rotor system, the present invention enables more accurate diagnosis of the rotation device.
