    Abstract: A refrigerator includes a refrigerated compartment, at least one door that selectively seals the refrigerated compartment and a cold plate shelf assembly mounted in the refrigerated compartment. The shelf assembly includes a front trim, a rear trim and a first plate directly coupled to the front trim and the rear trim. A second plate extends from the front trim to the rear trim, the second plate being positioned so that a food item supported on the shelf assembly contacts the second plate. The second plate is made from a material having a higher thermal conductivity than glass. In one arrangement, the refrigerator further includes an air duct having an air vent. Air exiting the air duct through the air vent either impinges on and travels across the second plate or enters an interior of the shelf assembly.

At least a vertically extending rib is formed integrally in each side wall and a plurality of retention elements are selectively aligned in different locations in the back wall. A storage bin includes an extending vertically slot between opposite side walls. The storage bin is mounted within the cavity of the refrigerator door, assembling the slot of the inner liner with each vertically extending rib. The height of the storage bin is adjusted within the cavity with an upwardly or downwardly slidable movement.

    Abstract: A double crisper drawer for a refrigerator includes a removable supporting structure, a first slidable tray, and a lower crisper drawer. The first slidable tray includes two side walls, a back wall, a front wall and a bottom wall. A first flange is projected outwardly on a top portion of the two side walls and back wall, the first flange being placed respectively on upper guide members located in the removable supporting structure, in order to be slidably moved with a backward and forward movement with respect to the removable supporting structure. The lower crisper drawer is also attached on lower guide members located in the removable supporting structure, the lower crisper being placed below the first slidable tray. The first slidable tray and the lower crisper drawer are independently slidably relative to one another, in relation to the removable supporting structure.

The height of the storage bin is adjusted within the cavity with an upwardly or downwardly slidable movement, engaging and disengaging the resilient coupling means and the retention means.

    Abstract: The present invention is referred to a safety knob for domestic gas apparatuses of the type that includes a gas valve with a stem, and wherein the stem is pushed against the body of the gas valve to open and regulate the gas flow. The improvements comprising a knob having a body with a back flat section and one or more cavities or projections formed on the back flat section of the knob and a longitudinal orifice also in its back part, which is connected in coincidence with a free end of the stem of the gas valve. The knob includes safety elements for avoiding the axial movement of the knob, the safety elements having a series of projections, wherein the cavities of the knob and the projections of the safety elements are joined or separated one from another, for placing the stem of said valve in a unblocked or blocked position.
