  • Publication number: 20230045586
Abstract: An inductive sensing system (8) is for detecting bleeding (e.g. blood pools) in one or more regions of the body. The system comprises a resonator circuit (10) having at least one antenna (12) which is driven with an oscillatory drive signal to cause generation of electromagnetic signals for application to a body. The signals induce eddy currents in the body which generate secondary EM signals returned from the body. These interact with the resonator circuit by adding an additional component of inductance to the circuit. This inductance component varies depending upon the conductivity of the fluid in which the eddy current is induced. Blood has a different conductivity to other body fluids. The system is configured to detect presence of abnormal accumulations of blood based on the additional inductance component. The system generates a data output representative of the determination.

  • Patent number: 11470370
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for improving user experience when servicing on-demand requests by a consumer for a hyper-specific media content in a network environment. The hyper-specific media content may include specified audio, video, etc. that relates to hyper-specific criteria (e.g., specific subject, location, and time condition). In an embodiment, the hyper-specific criteria in a consumer request are compared with stored hyper-specific criteria in a database. A prediction model is then trained on feature parameters of matching stored hyper-specific criteria to generate a trending level classification that can be associated with the hyper-specific criteria in the consumer request. The trending level classification indicates level of interest of third parties and may be used as a basis for content management.

  • Publication number: 20220232273
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for monetizing on-demand requests by a consumer of a hyper-specific media content in a network environment. Particularly, the monetizing of a requested hyper-specific media content utilizes a revenue-sharing scheme that outlines payment of compensation to parties based upon a consumption of the requested hyper-specific media content. The hyper-specific media content may include specified audio, video, etc. that relates to hyper-specific criteria (e.g., specific subject, location, and time condition). In an embodiment, the revenue-sharing scheme may include pre-configured or customizable attributes that outline the monetization of the hyper-specific media content.

  • Publication number: 20220124386
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for servicing on-demand requests by a consumer for a hyper-specific media content in a network environment. The hyper-specific media content may include specified audio, video, other media, or multi-media combination content that relates to hyper-specific criteria. The hyper-specific criteria cover a specifically requested subject and/or object at a specific location, for a specific time, and for a specific future context or event sufficient for a third-party to author media content to capture that context or event. In an example embodiment, the hyper-specific criteria may be used as an authoring qualification to identify specific content creator devices that may capture the particular or future events.

  • Patent number: 10117696
Abstract: A cement-directing structure for use in cement-injection bone therapy includes a collapsible, self-restoring braided structure with regions of differential permeability to the bone cement. The regions of differential permeability may be provided by areas where the braided mesh density is greater or lesser than surrounding areas and/or by means of a baffle. After the structure is placed in a void within a bony structure, cement is injected into the interior of the structure then oozes out in preferred directions according to the locations of the regions of differential permeability.

  • Publication number: 20180066157
Abstract: A paint according to aspects of the present application has two components that form a solid material when mixed. A lack of Volatile Organic Compounds assist in distinguishing paint according to aspects of the present application from many existing paints. By controlling humidity in the spray (application) booth or in a separate curing booth, the time to cure the coating may be correspondingly controlled. That is, the higher the Relative Humidity, the faster the cure. When heat is introduced along with humidity, the time to cure the coating may be further controlled.
