In an alternative aspect, the vector also contains polynucleotides encoding TRIM5alpha and HIV TAR decoy sequences along with gene expression regulation elements such as promoters operatively linked to the polynucleotides. The vectors are combined with packaging plasmid and envelope plasmids and optionally conjugated to cell-specific targeting antibodies. Diagnostic and therapeutic methods for using the compositions are further provided herein.

The system and controller solves a network flow problem to reschedule a subset of connecting flights to have a delayed projected departure time. Resulting output can include the set of delayed flights along with modified projected departure times, a set of flight cancellations and a set of passengers with missed connections.

In an example, a computer system may access a forecast for demand associated with utilizing a service during a time period, where the service is available from service sources grouped in clusters. The computer system may identify resources scheduled to facilitate the service. Based on a scheduled start time for utilizing a resource, the forecast, and an allocation of remaining resources to the clusters, the computer system may allocate the resource to a first cluster and may provide a notification about the allocation to an associated client device. At a subsequent time during the time period, the computer system may re-allocate the resource to a second cluster based on a current utilization of the resource, an update to the forecast, and the allocation of the remaining resources. A respective notification may be provided to the client device.

Abstract: Method to obtain methylene malonate and related monomers following a bis(hydroxymethyl) malonate pathway. A bis(hydroxymethyl) malonate intermediary is subsequently reacted (i.e., subjected to thermolysis) to provide a methylene malonate monomer species. A source of formaldehyde (e.g., formalin) is provided in the presence of a basic catalyst (e.g., calcium hydroxide), to which a malonate (e.g., diethyl malonate) is added under suitable reaction conditions to obtain the desired intermediary (e.g., dialkyl bis(hydroxymethyl) malonate). The intermediary is reacted (i.e., subjected to thermolysis) under suitable conditions in the presence of a suitable catalyst (e.g., a zeolite) to obtain a methylene malonate monomer. In an exemplary embodiment, the thermolysis reaction includes the addition of the bis(hydroxymethyl) malonate intermediary onto a heated catalyst. The reaction product is collected and purified. The disclosed methods may be performed in a continuous operation.
