Abstract: A device for checking the internal temperature of food, which includes a piercing element for insertion into food and a temperature sensor integral with the piercing element. The piercing element is connected to a main handle, which is removably connected to a handle portion. The handle portion contains a display, electronically connected to the temperature sensor, whereby the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor and, in some embodiments, the level of doneness is displayed by the display. In this embodiment, the piercing element and main handle are dishwasher safe and can be inserted safely into a dishwasher when the handle portion, containing a substantial portion of the electronics, is removed.

Abstract: A pressure gauge for determining air pressure of an inflatable item and a method of doing the same are provided. Embodiments of the present invention provide a source of light capable of providing more than one color of light, where each color of light within the more than one color of light corresponds to a numerical relationship between a determined pressure of an inflatable item, determined by the pressure gauge, and a target air pressure. The pressure gauge also has a display panel for displaying the determined air pressure and at least one of the provided colors of light. In addition, the pressure gauge has a pressure sensor for determining the determined air pressure and a computer defining functions performed by the pressure gauge, wherein the computer causes the source of light to display the different colors of light in accordance with the numerical relationship between the determined air pressure and the target air pressure.

Abstract: A system, apparatus and method for heating water for relaxing sore muscles in isolated areas of the body. Briefly described, in architecture, the system includes a basin that has a plurality of basin openings. The basin openings include at least one inflow opening and at least one outflow opening. A flow tube, which is substantially exterior to the basin, connects the inflow and outflow openings. A heating element is located substantially within the flow tube.

Abstract: The massage device has a housing, which includes a massage head integral with the housing. The massage head has a first massaging surface. A heating element, integral with the housing, is positioned sufficiently proximate to the first massaging surface to raise a temperature of the first massaging surface above ambient temperature. Abstract: An apparatus and method for massaging a selected body part is provided. Generally, the apparatus is a handheld massager having a first massage end separated from a second massage end by a handle. Each end of the massager can be independently activated using separate motors. If the user chooses, both ends can be simultaneously activated. With this handheld massager the user can apply massage therapy to any desired body part by guiding the massager with the fingers of the user.

Abstract: A system and method for an image display is provided. Generally, the image display has one or more exterior images displayed on an exterior surface of a image display housing and one or more interior images stored within the image display housing and removably displayed on one or more interior frames. The image display also has audio storage for storing one or more audio segments associated with exterior and interior images and an audio player for broadcast audio segments. The image display also has one or more frame selection buttons associated with the one or more interior frames and a control circuit wherein the control circuit selects one of the audio segments to broadcast based on activation of the play button and activation of one or none of the one or more frame selection buttons.
