  • Patent number: 11023460
Abstract: A User-Defined Function (UDF) provided by a user and accessed through a user query is identified. A wrapper for the UDF is generated. The wrapper represents a customized instance of the UDF. The wrapper, during execution, selectively calls the UDF provided by the user. Any query that references the UDF is rewritten to process the wrapper instead of the UDF.

  • Patent number: 9650102
Abstract: A collapsible control lever comprises an assembling member, a rotation seat, a first torsion spring, an handle, and a pivoting rod. One end of the rotation seat is pivoted to the assembling member. The first torsion spring is assembled between the assembling member and the rotation seat. One end of the handle has a ball socket. One end of the pivoting rod has a ball head which is passing through and pivoted to the ball socket and the other end thereof is passing through and assembled to the rotation seat to provide to be folded and rotated in multiple angles with an external force. It provides a multi-angle collapsible control lever to increase the ranges of bending and rotation. A single element is provided a three-dimension range to achieve the effects of collapsing and rotating and the structure is simplified.

  • Patent number: 8878157
Abstract: A novel method for fabrication of hybrid semiconductor-graphene nanostructures in large scale by floating graphene sheets on the surface of a solution is provided. Using this approach, crystalline ZnO nano/micro-rod bundles on graphene fabricated using chemical vapor deposition were prepared. UV detectors fabricated using the as-prepared hybrid ZnO-graphene nano-structure with graphene being one of the two electrodes show high sensitivity to ultraviolet light, suggesting the graphene remained intact during the ZnO growth. This growth process provides a low-cost and robust scheme for large-scale fabrication of semiconductor nanostructures on graphene and may be applied for synthesis of a variety of hybrid semiconductor-graphene nano-structures demanded for optoelectronic applications including photovoltaics, photodetection, and photocatalysis.
