  • Publication number: 20250065359
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and system for optimizing the dispensing of an adhesive from a dispensing device comprising a controllable setting. It consists in obtaining target parameters for a parameter of a structure formed by the adhesive after it is dispensed. Then a value of a local parameter near the dispensing device is obtained, which is a physical parameter of the adhesive in the dispensing device, an environmental condition near the dispensing device or a mechanical parameter of the dispensing device. Then a model of relationships between the local parameter, the parameter of the structure and intrinsic properties of the adhesive is generated. Using this model and the obtained values, a controllable setting for operating the dispensing device is determined to form a structure after dispensing of the adhesive that satisfies the target parameter.

  • Patent number: 10628161
Abstract: A processor comprises an execution unit and a detection unit which are functionally connected. The execution unit is configured to execute computer programs, and the detection unit is configured to detect infinite loops during the execution of a computer program in the execution unit during run-time. The computer program has a plurality of go-to instructions, and each go-to instruction is characterized by a corresponding branch address. The detection unit is configured to calculate a detection function of the branch addresses of a branch sequence, the branch sequence including a sequence of executed go-to instructions. The detection function is chosen such that an increased value of the detection function is characteristic of an infinite loop in the branch sequence in which at least one go-to instruction is repeated.
