Abstract: Methods are provided for providing a unified communication history of a multi-modal communication. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a plurality of event logs related to the multi-modal communication. The multi-modal communication comprises a first communication modality and a second communication modality. The method includes aggregating the one or more events from the event logs as a plurality of aggregated events and resolving an identity of each user from among the plurality of users in the plurality of aggregated events. The method includes storing the aggregated events into a communication history of the multi-modal communication. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

Abstract: A method including receiving, from a non-participant, a request to access a chat group at a voice call number, the chat group including multiple participants is provided. The method includes providing a list of the participants to the non-participant, so that the non-participant may select to talk to a first participant from the list of the participants, receiving a call, from the non-participant to the first participant, at the voice call number via a voice communication channel, and initiating a voice data transfer between the first participant and the non-participant through the voice communication channel. A system and a non-transitory, computer readable medium storing instructions to cause the system to execute the above method are also provided.

Abstract: Various aspects of the subject technology related to systems and methods for providing secure end-to-end data encryption between devices. In one aspect, a method includes encrypting data for a sending device using an encryption key. The encryption key is not stored on a server. The method includes decrypting the encrypted data transmitted from the sending device to a receiving device using a decryption key. The decryption key is also not stored on a server.

Abstract: Methods and systems for intelligently joining a conference are provided. The method includes matching a user with contact details comprising at least one of name, email address, phone number, user ID, and/or enterprise of the user. The method also includes verifying an identity of the user when a confidence score exceeds a predetermined threshold. The method also includes searching calendar data for a meeting involving the user based on the contact details of the user, the meeting scheduled proximate to a local time of the user. The method also includes joining the user to the meeting via an audio conferencing service based on the calendar data.

The methods include receiving a communication from a user to an entity by a primary recipient at a call center for the entity, obtaining identifying information for the user, storing a communication log regarding the communication of the user, identifying a current presence of a secondary recipient for the entity, transferring the communication from the primary recipient to the secondary recipient in response to the presence identification of the secondary recipient indicating the secondary recipient is accessible, updating the communication log with information regarding the transfer from the primary recipient to the secondary recipient, and providing the communication log to the secondary recipient during the communication between the first user and the primary recipient or secondary recipient.

The method includes validating the request from the second user and providing the presence indicator for the first user to the second user. The method includes granting access to the event to a participant, permitting the participant to access and modify the document in the event, and receiving a request from one of the participants to switch one of the first client device or a second client device used by a participant to continue to participate in the event.
