  • Publication number: 20080125176
Abstract: A weighting coefficient calculator reads “R1” to “R4” from incoming RSSI signals of serial signals, and sets weighting coefficients in multipliers. The multipliers multiply incoming received signals of the serial signals by the weighting coefficients. The weighting coefficient calculator calculates a total sum of the weighting coefficients that is the total of the weighting coefficients for an adding and dividing processor. The adding and dividing processor calculates a sum of the weighted incoming received signals and divide the sum of the signals by the total sum of the weighting coefficients.

  • Patent number: 6925302
Abstract: In a mobile terminal communication method, when a zone in which a mobile terminal is positioned becomes in a congestion state, a calling channel having high emergency can be secured. A connection priority rank is given to each mobile terminal. When an area in which a calling mobile terminal is positioned is in the congestion state, the number of currently-used calling channels in the same connection priority rank as that of the mobile terminal is compared with the number of the calling channels set to the rank. Depending on its result, the call is disconnected or another mobile terminal in a low connection priority rank is handed off to another area.

  • Patent number: 4435840
Abstract: In a mobile radio communication system, a control station supplies a traffic adjusting signal to a particular one of base stations, channels allotted to which are used up to a predetermined number in communication therethrough between the control station and mobile stations in the service area thereof provided that some of the channels allotted to an adjacent base station are idle. The signal narrows the service area of the particular base station as by reducing the base station output power. Alternatively, the signal varies a communicable distance of each mobile station in the service area of the particular base station. For example, the signal makes the particular base station raise the mobile station output power to make some of the mobile stations carry out the communication through the adjacent base station. As a further alternative, the signal varies both the service area and the communicable distance.
