Publication number: 20150258687Abstract: A method for detecting whether there are components in a carrier tape with an optical displacement sensor includes the following four steps. In the first step, a displacement sensor measures the displacement of a plurality of empty pockets in the carrier tape. In the second step, the measured displacement of the empty pockets is statistically processed, and a first range of displacement is set for determining empty pockets. In the third step, the displacement sensor measures the displacement of pockets in the carrier tape. In the fourth step, a pocket is determined to be an empty pocket if the measured displacement of the pocket is within the first range, and a component is determined to be in the pocket if the measured displacement of the pocket is outside the first range.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 14, 2015Publication date: September 17, 2015Inventors: Yoshitaka TAISHI, Junichi Maekawa, Hajime Kawai

Patent number: 7257352Abstract: An image forming device for adequately forming an image in which images overlap one another. The priority order (display order) of the images overlapping with one another is judged for the area where images of different attributes overlap with one another. When the priority rank of a three-dimensional image is high, a planar image in the overlapping area is deleted, or a three-dimensional image is formed on a planar image. When the rank of a planar image is high, only the color image of a three-dimensional image in the overlapping area is deleted, and a planar image is formed using foaming toner.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 2003Date of Patent: August 14, 2007Assignee: Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kunio Yamada, Makoto Hirota, Junichi Maekawa

Patent number: 4759653Abstract: In a wire fixing device for a window regulator for an automotive vehicle, for instance, a wire stopper fixed to a wire is engaged with a recess formed in a wire fixing member fixed to a window panel carry unit slidable along two guide rails when the carry plate unit is moved to and fro by the wire. The wire fixing member is, in particular, formed with a slit for allowing only the wire to pass across the wire fixing member in the direction perpendicular to the wire extending direction, and fixed to the window panel carry unit in constained beam fashion. To engage the wire stopper with the recess, the wire fixing member is first dislocated from the wire stopper within an access hole, the wire is raised passing through the slit by holding the wire through the access hole; and the wire fixing member is slided just under the wire stopper. This device is small in size, high in rigidity and easy to assemble the wire to the window panel carry unit.Type: GrantFiled: March 12, 1987Date of Patent: July 26, 1988Assignee: Ohi Seisakusho Co., Ltd.Inventors: Junichi Maekawa, Akihiro Takeda
