  • Patent number: 11414176
Abstract: A control system (400) for an active inceptor (103) for a fly by wire aircraft permits a zero force null point to settle to a non-zero displacement trim position. An internal position state of a second order mass spring damper model is moved in conjunction with force-displacement characteristic coordinates. This results in no second order dynamics being superimposed on the feel of the inceptor (103) when dynamically adjusting the trim position, thereby eliminating the possibility of any unpleasant buzzing been felt by the operator of the inceptor during a trimming operation.

  • Patent number: 11410759
Abstract: A system and method for recording video healthcare information of an individual under care without deleting data, includes a device for capturing data and configured to transmit a signal identifying the device, a memory for storing rules, a buffer, a database; and a processor. The processor receives the device identification signal and said data, and retrieves the rules from the memory. Based on the rules, the processor determines, whether the data is to be stored in the database or the buffer. Based on the content of the data, the processor determines the device location, the data recordation time and date, whether the individual under care is identified, and the individual's activity, and based on the rules and the location, time and date, individual identification, and activity, whether the data is proof of service delivery data to be stored in the database or eliminated from the buffer.

  • Publication number: 20220205061
Abstract: A process for recovering a precious metal from a precious metal containing article or composition is disclosed. The process comprises treating the precious metal containing article or composition with an oxidant composition under conditions to oxidise the precious metal in the precious metal containing article or composition to obtain a precious metal salt composition. The precious metal salt composition is then contacted with a sorbent under conditions to adsorb at least some of the precious metal salt to the sorbent to obtain a laden sorbent. At least some of the precious metal is then recovered from the laden sorbent.
