A continuous flexible adhesive strip of material configured to adhere to a side of the patient's nose and support the hollow base and the pair of nozzles on the patient's face to form a sealed airpath from the hollow base to the patient's nasal airways. The hollow base comprises a first portion from which the pair of nozzles extend and a second portion that is attachable to the air delivery tube.
