  • Patent number: 9004610
Abstract: The present invention relates to a quick-change tool holder system, comprising a base part with a quick-change tool holder receptacle and a quick-change tool holder having a cutting tool receptacle configured for insertion into the quick-change tool holder receptacle.

  • Patent number: 8297877
Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotor box for a ground and/or road milling machine such as, in particular, for a road miller or a trench cutter which surrounds at least one milling rotor for removing ground material (B). It is provided that the wall of this rotor box is configured at least in one section with an enlarged distance from the milling rotor in order to allow a specific guiding of the milled material away from the milling rotor in this region of the rotor box and that at least one separating device is disposed between this section of the wall and the milling rotor, which prevents contact of the guided-away milled material with the milling rotor in this region. The present invention further relates to a ground and/or road milling machine such as in particular a road miller or trench cutter having at least one such rotor box.

  • Publication number: 20120187745
Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotor box for a ground milling machine, in particular for a road milling machine or a trench milling machine, having at least one milling roller accommodated therein for loosening and/or removing soil material. It is provided that at least one guide device is arranged in the interior of the rotor box, which, in cooperation with the rotating milling roller causes a conveyance of the loosened milled material in the axial direction (L) of the milling roller or at least supports such a conveyance. The present invention also relates to a ground milling machine, in particular a road milling machine or trench milling machine, which has at least one such rotor box.

  • Patent number: 6554532
Abstract: The invention concerns a device for ground compacting, having at least one vibrating roller whose casing surface is composed of a plurality of segments in the peripheral direction, at least some of which have midpoints which describe an arc having a radius of curvature that deviates from the mean radius of the roller. In order to smooth the jolting movement resulting from the shape of the rollers in devices of this type, it is proposed to construct the tire casing of the roller from several sections lying adjacent to one another in the axial direction, said sections having segments abutting one another in the peripheral direction, whereby the abutting edges are displaced vis-à-vis one another in the peripheral direction.

  • Patent number: 6551019
Abstract: A device for checking the compaction, in particular, of black top pavement in street and roadway construction, using a vibration roller drum that is provided with a compaction checking device is provided. In the compaction of black top pavement, the measurement methods of the dynamic ground rigidity, known from ground compaction, for determining the condition of compaction that has been achieved, can not be used since the asphalt rigidity varies between two measurements with the temperature and in addition, the underground rigidity is measured with it proportionately. In order to solve these problems, a second vibration roller drum is provided which has a second compaction checking device, whereby the second vibration roller drum is coupled to the first vibration roller drum essentially following it in the same track. In this way, for the comparison of the values determined, the temperature dependence of the measurement values determined is eliminated.
