The valve casing includes: a main passage that has a first valve port sealed by the electric valve; a bypass passage for bypassing the first valve port; a first valve chamber in fluid communication with the downstream side of the first valve port and housing the electric valve; and a second valve chamber in fluid communication with the upstream side of the first valve port and housing the relief valve. The bypass passage includes a communication passage configured to allow the first valve chamber and the second valve chamber to fluidly communicate with each other. The communication passage opens to a first side surface of the first valve chamber and/or into a side surface of the second valve chamber.

The minimum cross-sectional area of the internal space of the flow passage of the purge pump is equal to or larger than the minimum cross-sectional area of the internal space of the other parts of the purge passage.

The purge passage divides into a first passage connected to the intake passage downstream of the throttle valve and a second passage connected to the intake passage upstream of the supercharging device.
