  • Patent number: 11944590
Abstract: A continuous manufacturing system continuously manufactures a product from a powder of a raw material. The system includes a first processing device that performs first processing on the powder of the raw material; a second processing device that performs second processing on the powder on which the first processing device has performed the first processing; and an inspection and sorting device including an inspection chamber into which powder sent from the first processing device flows. When a prescribed amount of the powder has accumulated in the inspection chamber, the inspection and sorting device inspects the powder inside the inspection chamber after blocking a path connecting the first processing device to the inspection chamber. When the inspection ends, the inspection and sorting device removes the blocking after discharging the powder from inside the inspection chamber.

Abstract: A continuous production system continuously produces a product from a raw material powder. The system includes a first processor that performs a first process on the raw material powder, a second processor that performs a second process on the powder on which the first process has been performed by the first processor, and a test chamber through which the powder being sent from the first processor to the second processor passes. A cleaner blows gas from an inlet side opening formed in the inner face of a channel connected to the test chamber from the first processor on the downstream side of an inlet side gate valve for opening and closing the channel toward a direction to form a swirling flow along the inner face of the channel.

  • Patent number: 10947064
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a technique in which deposition of powder during pneumatic transport can be inhibited by a pipe body having a simple structure. The present invention is a pipe for transporting powder including a transport path which has a portion formed by a curved pipe and through which pneumatically transported powder passes, and a blowing path through which a gas is blown into the transport path from an opening formed on an inner circumferential surface of the curved pipe, in which the blowing path blows the gas in a direction in which the gas blown into the transport path from the opening forms a swirling flow along the inner circumferential surface of the curved pipe.

  • Patent number: 5603158
Abstract: An adhesive is applied onto a flexible resistive film 1 and dried to form an adhesive layer 2. A metal foil 3 is contacted onto the layer 2, which is subjected to a heat and pressing treatment. The foil 3 is polished. An ultraviolet light curable ink is applied on the foil 3 and dried to form a first layer 4. A negative film is placed on or over the layer 4 and ultraviolet light is irradiated thereto through the film so that the layer 4 is cured. Uncured portions of the layer 4 is removed so that cured portions thereof remain and the foil 3 is exposed between the remaining cured portions. The metal foil 3 is subjected to an etching treatment to remove exposed portions of the foil 3 so that unexposed portions of the foil 3 remain and form conductors 3A. The cured portions of the layer 4 is removed from the conductors 3A. A metal plating film 5 is formed on each conductor 3A to form each electrical conductive circuit 9.
