  • Publication number: 20200021382
Abstract: Provided are a base station device and a mobile station device, which can lighten a cell-search processing. The base station device includes a frame constitution unit for forming a frame, in which a pilot symbol multiplied by a base station scrambling code and a plurality of sequences contained in the corresponding sequence set is arranged in at least the head or tail, and a radio transmission unit for sending the formed frame. On the receiving side, the frame timing can be detected from the position of a pilot symbol contained in that frame. Since the base station scrambling code and the sequence set containing the sequences are made to correspond to each other, candidates can be narrowed to at most the base station scrambling codes of the number of the combinations of the sequences contained in the sequence set, by detecting the sequences multiplied by the pilot symbol.

  • Patent number: 9037184
Abstract: A wireless terminal transmits a result of measuring received power of a downlink wireless signal from a femtocell base station to a macrocell base station. The macrocell base station transmits an interference control request including identification information of the wireless terminal to a femtocell base station group of which received power of a downlink signal included in a measurement result transmitted from the wireless terminal is a predetermined value or more. The femtocell base station has an adjacent wireless terminal list in which identification information of a wireless terminal, which is capable of being connected to an adjacent femtocell base station but is not capable of being connected to the femtocell base station, is recorded, and downlink transmission power of the femtocell base station is reduced when the identification information included in the interference control request is included in this list.

  • Patent number: 8750866
Abstract: A radio communication system includes a macrocell base station, and a femtocell base station provided in a macrocell. The femtocell base station includes: a measuring part which measures an uplink total received power from a radio terminal; a detecting part which detects a visitor macrocell radio terminal located in a vicinity of the femtocell base station operated by the access limited mode in accordance with the uplink total received power or an uplink interference signal power which can be derived from the uplink received power; and a control part which switches the femtocell base station from the access limited mode to the hybrid mode when the detecting part detects the visitor macrocell radio terminal. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the throughput for the visitor macrocell user.

  • Patent number: 8711804
Abstract: A base station, a mobile station and a retransmission control method for enabling communication to be more efficiently performed. In a communication system comprising a base station (100) and a mobile station (200), a time period required for the retransmission of a transport packet to complete is determined, and a retransmission control is performed, based on the required time period, to change the order of executing the retransmission of the transport packet and a handover. In this way, when it is estimated that the retransmission will complete soon, the retransmission is caused to complete in a handover source system, thereby avoiding waste of communication resources used in the preceding transmission and retransmission processes.

  • Patent number: 8681892
Abstract: A wireless communication method by which unnecessary retransmission request is suppressed and feedback information is reduced at the same time in a MIMO communication system. The wireless communication method is provided for transmitting signals by using a plurality of antennas, and has a step of applicably selecting the group configuration of the antennas, and a step of adding data to be used for error detection to a signal to be transmitted by using the antennas, by following the results of the selection.

  • Patent number: 8577361
Abstract: Disclosed are a wireless communication base station and a total transmission power regulating method that reduce interference to macrocell users near a femtocell and interference to neighboring femtocell users near the femtocell in a balanced manner, while ensuring throughput of the femtocell users. A reception power measuring unit (214) measures the reception power of a CPICH. A cell type discriminating unit (216) judges whether the received signal is a signal from a macro base station or a signal from a femto base station. When a signal from a macro base station is received, a total downlink transmission power setting unit (217) executes a first-stage interference regulation based on the strongest CPICH reception power value and calculates a tentative value for the total downlink transmission power of a femto base station (110).

  • Patent number: 8472412
Abstract: Provided are a base station device and a mobile station device, which can lighten a cell-search processing. The base station device (100) includes a frame constitution unit (130) for forming a frame, in which a pilot symbol multiplied by a base station scrambling code assigned to that device and a plurality of sequences contained in the corresponding sequence set is arranged in at least the head or tail, and a radio transmission unit (155) for sending the formed frame. On the receiving side of the frame, the frame timing can be detected from the position of a pilot symbol contained in that frame.
