    Abstract: Among a plurality of radio terminal apparatuses, an FMC control apparatus interchanges telephone a telephone number allocated to a first radio terminal apparatus, whose battery is being recharged, with that allocated to a third radio terminal apparatus. Although a radio terminal apparatus is being recharged, a user can perform communication such as telephone calls in the same environments as those of the first radio terminal apparatus whose battery is being recharged by operating on the third radio terminal apparatus using the telephone number allocated to the first radio terminal apparatus whose battery is being recharged.
