  • Patent number: 7118353
Abstract: A reduced pressure or pressurizing pump is provided which can be used in a wide variety of fields of foods, pharmaceuticals, medical treatment, agriculture, healthcare equipment, room air conditioning, combustion, biotechnology, and so on. By the application of the pump of the present invention, there can be materialized, for example, an oxygen enriching apparatus or a nitrogen enriching apparatus, which have the features of an oil-free structure, a small size, compactness, low vibration, low noise, long operating life, and so on. A transport groove of a viscosity pump, which exerts a force feed action on the fluid, is formed at a relative displacement interface between a rotor and a housing, and the rotor supported by a bearing capable of coping with a high-speed rotation is rotated at a high speed.

  • Patent number: 4983097
Abstract: A tray stacking apparatus includes a pawl having a projection piece, a roller for opening the pawl, a roller for returning the pawl, and an urging device for urging the pawl into an open position or a closed position. The pawl is opened during its descent, and is returned to its original closed position at a bottom limit position. The tray stacking operation is effected by one driving operation without the pawl rubbing against the tray and thus, powder is not produced by a rubbing of the pawl against the tray so that a clean working environment may be maintained.

  • Patent number: 4937690
Abstract: An automatic cassette exchanging system for performing cassette exchange between an information recording/reproducing device such as VTR and a cassette storage device. The automatic cassette exchanging system has a basic unit comprising a box and a fixing type cassette storage case which is placed in line in the box with the information recording/reproducing device so that a robot moving space is formed in the front side portion of the box so as to face cassette entrance and exit ports of the fixing type cassette storage case. A cassette exchanging robot is provided in the robot moving space to be movable orthogonally for the cassette exchange therebetween. The automatic cassette exchanging system allows addition of a unit or units comprising a box which has a robot moving space and a rotatable type cassette storage case whose cassette entrance and exit ports can face the robot moving space.

  • Patent number: 4823933
Abstract: A pallet shifter having two pallet carriers (4a, 4b) rotated by a hydraulic cylinder (5) or the like, the pallet carriers (4a, 4b) being kept in horizontality by a parallelogram link (50, 60) defined by a center (7) of rotation of the driving lever (8), a center (11) of rotation of a pallet carriers (4a, 4b), a center (12) of rotation of a stabilizing lever (13), and a coupling point (14) of the stabilizing lever (13) and the pallet carriers (4a, 4b).

  • Patent number: 4583909
Abstract: An industrial robot having a plurality of units each consisting of a unit body provided with a movable block having a mounting surface, a side placed parallel to this movable block, exposing only small parts of its mounting surface, a mounting bottom extending perpendicular to this side and a guide which supports the aforementioned movable block in such a way that it is movable parallel to the mounting surface and in a straight line in a definite range, a driving device on the unit body to drive the movable block, and a control device for controlling this driving device, the plurality of units being coupled in such a way that the straight line moving directions of the movable blocks of each two coupled units are at a right angle.

  • Patent number: 4553705
Abstract: The present invention provides a wire winding method and apparatus in which for winding wire on a toroidal core having a hole therethrough, one end of the wire is inserted through the toroidal core from one side thereof, the wire protruding from the toroidal core is drawn out and this drawn out wire is wound on the core, and, then, with a tension applied, the tip of the wire is again inserted through the toroidal core, which operation is repeated. The tip of the wire gripped by a drawing out member is cut between the drawing out member and a gripping member before inserting the end of the wire through the aforementioned toroidal core, the cut being made such that the distance between the gripping position and the tip of the cut wire is a predetermined value, so that the length of wire from the tip to the gripping member is always the same when the wire is inserted through the hole in the core.
