Publication number: 20240111393Abstract: A vehicle state detection unit detects whether a vehicle including an information apparatus is in motion or stopped. A display control unit displays operation items related to various functions provided by the information apparatus on a display. A function execution unit executes a function corresponding to a selected operation item. An identification unit identifies the frequency of use of each operation item by classifying the items according to whether the vehicle is in motion or stopped. The display control unit further displays on a prescribed menu screen in which some of the operation items are aggregated. On the prescribed menu screen, when the vehicle is in motion, the operation item identified as having a high frequency of use when the vehicle is in motion is displayed, and when the vehicle is stopped, the operation item identified as having a high frequency of use when the vehicle is stopped is displayed.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 7, 2023Publication date: April 4, 2024Applicant: Faurecia Clarion Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Shingo TAKEI, Taishin KONISHI, Haruki ONO, Kazuya NINOMIYA, Kazunori SATO, Toshiyuki TAKATANI

Patent number: 11158967Abstract: An electrical connector that maintains connection stability and enables easy removal so as not to cause any damage during removal with a reduced size and reduced profile. At the time of removal of two connectors, when an operation portion of a locking member of the receptacle connector is pushed inward in the longitudinal pitch direction, a locking piece pushes and spreads an engagement portion of an engagement member outward widthwise, and simultaneously a protrusion portion is also moved outward widthwise, whereby the aforementioned lapped state is released and unlocked, enabling removal. When the operation portion is released, the locking piece is pushed inward widthwise by resiliency of the engagement portion, and the protrusion portion is returned to the initial position corresponding to the position in which the protrusion portion is lapped with a step portion when viewed from the fitting direction at the time of completion of fitting.Type: GrantFiled: July 31, 2018Date of Patent: October 26, 2021Assignee: FUJIKURA LTD.Inventors: Soichi Sugaya, Kazunori Takei, Yasuyuki Akiyama, Toshihiko Hirai

Patent number: 7874857Abstract: A card connector for a plurality of memory cards includes a housing having a plurality of inserting holes for the memory cards, respectively. The card connector includes a swing member made of an elastic metal plate and having fixing portions and a swing part in the form of a hollow square rod having extending portions extending into the inserting holes when the swing member is fixed in the housing. A partition wall between the inserting holes is formed with a rectangular notch and slits in opposite faces of the rectangular notch for press-fitting the fixing portions of the swing member, respectively. When one memory card is inserted into one inserting hole, the inserted memory card causes the swing part to be further extended into another inserting hole, thereby preventing another memory card from being inserted into the another inserting hole.Type: GrantFiled: January 23, 2009Date of Patent: January 25, 2011Assignee: DDK Ltd.Inventors: Kazunori Takei, Hitoshi Kikuchi, Hirokazu Takahashi, Hiromichi Kato

Patent number: 7612993Abstract: A card connector includes a plurality of contacts adapted to contact memory cards, a housing holding the contacts and having a plurality of inserting openings arranged in vertically overlapping relationship for inserting memory cards, respectively, and a shell covering the housing. A pivot member is installed at a predetermined position in the housing so as to be pivotally moved when one memory card is inserted in one of the inserting openings such that part of the pivot member extends into all the inserting openings except for the one inserting opening, thereby preventing a further memory card from being inserted into the card connector. In assembling, after the pivot member is set in the housing so that protrusions provided in the housing are fitted in slits formed in the pivot member, the shell is fitted on the housing to push the pivoting member into the predetermined position.Type: GrantFiled: July 15, 2008Date of Patent: November 3, 2009Assignee: DDK Ltd.Inventors: Kazunori Takei, Hitoshi Kikuchi, Hirokazu Takahashi, Hiromichi Kato

Patent number: 7540782Abstract: A card connector into and from which a memory card is detachably inserted and removed, includes contacts adapted to contact connection portions of the memory card, and a housing for arranging and holding the contacts. Metal plates made of a metal are installed in the housing so as to extend onto both sides in the width direction of the housing. The metal plates are integrally provided with connection portions to be connected to a substrate. A tray made of a metal is provided for loading a plurality of memory cards therein, and either of both ends of the tray in its width direction is bent substantially into an L-shape, which bent portion slidably engages the metal plate. The connector achieves a reduced overall height such as less than 2.0 mm and is also superior in safety.Type: GrantFiled: May 10, 2007Date of Patent: June 2, 2009Assignee: DDK, Ltd.Inventors: Hirokazu Takahashi, Kazunori Takei, Hitoshi Kikuchi

Publication number: 20090053922Abstract: A connector for a jack includes four contacts of first, second, third and fourth contacts each having a contact portion and a connection portion, and a housing, to exchange signals and to ascertain whether a plug connector has been inserted into the connector. The third contact substantially U-shaped in cross-section includes a contact piece having a first contact part adapted to contact the plug connector, and a spring piece having an elasticity facing to the contact piece and provided by forming a U-shaped slit in a part of the third contact at a location opposite to the contact piece. When the plug connector is inserted into the connector, the plug connector pushes the first contact part of the contact piece to cause the contact piece to be displaced to the spring piece so that the contact piece pushes the spring piece to cause the spring piece to be displaced toward the housing and at the same time the spring piece pushes the contact piece with each other with the aid of its elasticity.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 11, 2008Publication date: February 26, 2009Inventors: Kazuhiro Sato, Hirokazu Takahashi, Yukio Saitou, Kazunori Takei, Hitoshi Kikuchi
