  • Patent number: 11255330
Abstract: A manufacturing method of an end plate of a pump that can remove a sag includes: punching a workpiece from a plate material, the workpiece being the end plate including a mounting seat including a fastener; forming a pressed trace surface by pressing an outer edge of an outer surface, when a surface, of both front and back surfaces of the punched workpiece, further from a sag formed on a cut end surface is the outer surface, and a surface, of both front and back surfaces of the punched workpiece, nearer to the sag is an inner surface. A section of the pressed trace surface disposed along an outer edge of the mounting seat is a fastening section. A section of the pressed trace surface other than the fastening section is a non-fastening section. A radial width of the fastening section is shorter than that of the non-fastening section.

  • Publication number: 20090079527
Abstract: The present invention provides a yoke-integrated magnet, including: a ring-shaped bond magnet containing a rare earth iron-based alloy magnetic powder and a synthetic resin binder; and a ring-shaped back yoke provided on an inner periphery or an outer periphery of the bond magnet to be integral with the bond magnet, in which at least a surface of the bond magnet at which the bond magnet does not contact with the back yoke is covered with an injection molding layer of a thermoplastic resin which does not contain tin. The yoke-integrated magnet of the invention is excellent in corrosion resistance and dimension accuracy and is free from the risk of contamination with tin.

  • Patent number: 5858414
Abstract: A cooling device for plastic moldings and a cooling method therefor shortening the cooling time required for the moldings 6 to be cooled in the die 3, without doing rapid cooling in the die 3, and can also prevent deformation such as warp of the moldings 6. The cooling device for air-cooling plastic moldings which are formed by a plastic molding machine 1 having a take-out portion 10 for taking out the moldings 6 and are taken out from the take-out portion 10 comprises an air cooling means 18 which is located in the vicinity of said take-out portion 10 for blowing cooling air over said moldings 6 immediately after being taken out from said take-out portion 10. The cooling device can be used to blow cooling air over the moldings 6 immediately after the moldings are taken out from said take-out portion 10.
