  • Patent number: 9470598
Abstract: Provided are a pressure detection device having a fail-safe structure for minimizing leaking out of a fluid targeted for pressure detection, and a method for producing the same. A pressure detection device is provided with: a fluid inflow member having a flow path; a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the fluid that has flowed into the flow path; a base plate unit having a first resin section surrounding the pressure sensor; a lid section which is bonded to the first resin section so as to cover the pressure sensor from above, and forms a sealed space in the interior of which the pressure sensor is located; a terminal unit; and a resin cover section for bonding the fluid inflow member, the base plate unit, the lid section, and the terminal unit. The lid section is bonded to the first resin section and is pushed on from above by the resin cover section.

  • Patent number: 9435678
Abstract: A liquid level detection device is configured so as to reduce or eliminate the contact between electrical cords led out of a detection section. A liquid level detection device is provided with: a detection section which detects the position of a liquid surface on the basis of the rotation of a rotation section rotating as a float is displaced; a plate-like mounting plate section, one surface of which is a mounting surface to which the detection section is mounted; a flange section which is mounted to a tank for containing liquid; and first and second electrical cords which are led out of the detection section toward the flange section. A branch section which comprises a through-hole is provided in the mounting plate section. The second electrical cord passes through the branch section and is routed around from the mounting surface side of the mounting plate section to the back surface side thereof.

  • Patent number: 6211585
Abstract: A stepping motor type indicator provided with unambiguous stable points having a holding force in a non-excited condition sufficient to suppress undesirable movements of a pointer. The stepping motor type indicator includes a stepping motor (2) having a rotor (28) with an output shaft (27) and stators (A, B). Yokes (23, 26) have a plurality of pole teeth (232, 233, 262, 263) extending toward curved outer surfaces of the rotor. The pole ends of a specific pole tooth (232a) chosen from one of the plurality of pole teeth is made to have a pole end area different than that of the remaining pole teeth. This structure produces unambiguous stable points (“a”-“l”) and produces strong holding forces so that an attractive force exerted by the stable point (“a”) on the pointer (4) toward stopper pin (7) is increased to positively suppress undesirable movements of pointer (4).
