  • Patent number: 7947381
Abstract: The present invention provides parts of a rotation machine which effectively prevent particulates, such as silica, iron oxide, and other particles, contained in a gas to adhere to the rotating machines which work with the gases containing the particulates. An intermediated metal-plated film and a plated film containing fluorocarbon polymer particles provided on the intermediate metal-plated film are deposited on the surfaces of moving blades used in a steam turbine. The plated film containing the fluorocarbon polymer particles includes fluorocarbon polymer particles made of any of Ni-based metals and a plated matrix, and some of the fluorocarbon polymer particles are exposed at the surfaces of the plated matrix.

  • Publication number: 20100331163
Abstract: A rotor includes a plurality of holding cavities for holding specimen containers, respectively. A transverse cross sectional shape of the holding cavity is a substantially triangular shape having one vertex on an inner circumference side of the rotor. Two vertices of the substantially triangular shape are arranged on an outer circumference side of the rotor so as to have equidistance from a rotary shaft of the rotor. Spacing between sides of the substantially triangular shape in a circumferential direction of the rotor gradually increase over 60% or more a radial length of the holding cavity from an innermost circumferential position to the outer circumference side of the rotor when viewed in its transverse plane.

Abstract: The present invention provides parts of a rotation machine, which effectively prevent particulates, such as silica, iron oxide, and other particles, contained in a gas to adhere, in the rotating machines, which treat with the gases containing the particulates. An intermediated metal-plated film 11 and the plated film 12 containing the fluorocarbon polymer particles provided on the intermediate metal-plated film 11 are deposited on the surfaces of moving blades 23 used in a steam turbine. The plated film 12 containing the fluorocarbon polymer particles includes fluorocarbon polymer particles 13P made of any of Ni-based metals and a plated matrix 13M, and some of the fluorocarbon polymer particles 13P are exposed from the surfaces of the plated matrix 13M.

  • Publication number: 20030021991
Abstract: Waste plastics including solid plastics, thin plastics, and foamy plastics are fed into a ring die of an extrusion molding machine. The waste plastics are either semi-melted or melted, and are then extruded onto an outer circumferential surface the ring die through die cavities. Thus, granular plastic moldings are extruded onto the outer circumferential surface of the ring die through the die cavities, and are then cut or scraped from the outer circumferential surface of the ring die. The pellets have a melt-solidified surface, and have a strength sufficient to reach a predetermine zone in a raceway of a furnace and a grain diameter sufficient to be fed at a velocity higher than a limiting velocity thereof during injection to the furnace.

  • Patent number: 6459657
Abstract: A time information repeating installation in a radio clock system, which receives advance notice information, distinguishes advance notice content by detecting means 9, sets a transmission start time by addition setting means 10 in accordance with the content, sets an additional period by change period setting means 11, and stores the content into transmission start time storage means 12. When the stored time agrees with the time of a main counter 8, transmission starts. Therefore, even when a sudden time change occurs, the repeating installation can perform transmission at the reception timing of a subsidiary device. The subsidiary device can effectively update time data for summer or daylight savings time.
