    Abstract: Conventional frequency detection circuits have a disadvantage that the circuit scale increases as the frequency of a reception signal to be detected increases. A frequency detection circuit includes: a first signal source for outputting a first clock signal; a second signal source for outputting a second clock signal having the same frequency as but a different phase from those of the first clock signal; a first sample hold circuit for undersampling a reception signal using the first clock signal; a second sample hold circuit for undersampling the reception signal using the second clock signal; and a frequency calculating circuit for calculating the frequency of the reception signal using a phase difference between output signals of the first sample hold circuit and the second sample hold circuit.

The bearing body is held by an inner circumferential surface of the axle support with an outer circumferential surface of the bearing body in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the axle support. The outlet is opened to an axial end of the bearing body for allowing the lubricating oil in the oil groove to be discharged from the bearing body.

The offset disposition of a larger header pipe may be achieved without increasing a tube insertion length into the header pipe or the reduction or elimination of liquid storing and moisture reducing unit contained in the header pipe. Consequently, heat exchangers achieving enhanced performance may be realized at a lower cost than known heat exchangers. Moreover, methods of producing such heat exchangers may achieve higher productivity.
