  • Publication number: 20090250425
Abstract: There are provided a screw-type cap which can secure necessary fastening torque (opening torque) even in a case of a container having a plug having a foremost end portion of a small diameter and also a safety cap which cannot be opened by only rotation and therefore has a child resistance effect. A safety cap 20 consists of a screw-type inner cap 21 and an outer cap 22 which is mounted in such a manner that it covers the inner cap 21 and can be rotated and can displace axially within a limited distance. The outer cap 22 can rotate integrally with the inner cap 21 by pushing down the outer cap 22 and rotate it while the outer cap 22 rotates idly by rotation only. A plug portion 8 is formed by projecting a plug 6 from a disk portion 7 which is in abutting engagement with a tip end portion of a mouth portion 2 of the container. The inner cap 21 has a small diameter portion 21c formed in the inner middle portion thereof.

  • Publication number: 20090229680
Abstract: A projecting connecting portion 32 which is fitted to a socket S10 and a valve seat 33 are provided in a plug main body 31 of a plug P10. The valve main body 31 having a valve head 35 which is urged to the valve seat 33 for sealing is provided in the plug main body 31 and the projecting connecting portion 32. Breaking starting portions 71 and 72 are provided in at least a part of the projecting connecting portion 32 and/or the valve stem 35b. A position at which breaking occurs when an excessive force exceeding a normal range of use is applied is set at a predetermined position whereby, when breakage occurs, the sealed state between the valve seat 33 and the valve head 35a can be maintained.

  • Publication number: 20090173734
Abstract: A convex stripe 231 is disposed on the side surface of a coupler 20 and a step portion 53 of the cylinder member 50 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the convex stripe 231, to thereby engage the cylinder member 50 with the coupler 20 and also to fit a fitting projection 312 formed on a rising portion 31 into a fitting hole 51 of the cylinder member 50, thereby allowing the cylinder member 50 to be stretched over and installed on the coupler 20 and the side surfaces of rising portion 31, making difficult to dismount the coupler 20.

  • Publication number: 20090120935
Abstract: A sealing member 13 is heat-sealed to the upper end surface of the mouth portion 12 of a container, and a lid 15 which is provided with a top panel 15a that covers the mouth portion 12 of the container, and which has an inner peripheral projection 15e that is positioned in the vicinity of a place inner than the inner periphery of the mouth portion 12 of the container on the inside surface of the top panel 15a is fitted to the mouth portion 12 to make it easy to peel (open and peel) the sealing member 13 while high sealing property is ensured, and to prevent the seal member 13 from peeling at the inner periphery of the mouth portion 15 of the container which peeling is caused by a rise in the internal pressure in the container.

  • Publication number: 20090078669
Abstract: In a wide-mouth plastic container including a container body 2 provided with a mouth portion 3, a body portion 4 and a bottom portion 5 and a lid 6 fitted to the mouth portion 3, the body portion 4 is provided with an internal pressure variation-absorbing panel 4a and the mouth portion 3 is heat-sealed with a film material 7 to seal the opening of the container body 2, thereby securing high sealing property and heat resistance in high-temperature sterilization and improving the internal pressure variation absorbing performance of the container.

  • Publication number: 20090023043
Abstract: A nozzle part 9 provided in a fuel cartridge is inserted in a socket part 6 provided in a fuel cell body, and the nozzle part 9 and the socket part 6 are coupled. The nozzle part 9 has a nozzle head 12 provided on the cartridge body 8 and a valve mechanism arranged in this nozzle head 12. On a tip of the nozzle head 12, a spherical portion 15 is provided so as to detach from the socket part 6 without being interfered when a bending load is applied to the fuel cartridge 5 coupled to the fuel cell body.

  • Publication number: 20090001722
Abstract: As shown in FIG. 4, as coupling holding means 20 for holding coupling between a socket S10 and a plug P10, an engaging projection 22 is formed in the plug P10 and an engaging recess 21 is formed in the socket S10 so that the socket S10 is coupled with the plug P10 accurately by an operation to engage the projection 22 with the recess 21 after an overriding operation of the projection 22. Additionally, on the plug P10 is provided a cam portion 31 which inclines in substantially a circumferential direction about a central axis running in the coupling direction and a cam follower portion 32 is formed in the socket S10. In a case where an abnormal rotational force exceeding a normal range of use is applied, an automatic release of coupling is made between the cam portion and the cam follower portion.

  • Publication number: 20080124006
Abstract: The present invention provides a bag-like container with a spout in which a plastic linear fastener is interposed in an upper part of the container and, when water content or the like is to be supplied after contents of a liquid food container or the like have been administered to a subject, opening and closing the linear fastener enables the water content or the like to be supplied in an uncomplicated manner without the use of a separate member such as a spout that is an open part for pouring food, water, or the like into the container. The present invention is characterized in being a bag-like container with a spout comprising a contents spout on part of a peripheral edge part, wherein a peripheral edge part of a body member composed of front and rear plastic films is sealed.

  • Publication number: 20080041468
Abstract: A coupler 10 comprises a socket S10 comprising a valve 16 and a metal helical spring 17 for energizing the valve in a closing direction and a plug comprising a valve 24 and a metal helical spring 25 for energizing the valve in a closing direction and being capable of being detachably fitted and coupled to the socket and being capable of opening the two valves to communicate the socket and the plug to each other in a fitted and coupled state. Elastic member holders 18 and 26 are mounted at an base end portion of the valves 16 and 25 in a sealable manner and in such a manner that the valves can reciprocate in closing and opening directions, said elastic member holders housing the energizing means for energizing the valves and flow paths being formed outside of the elastic member holders. By this arrangement, by housing the metal helical springs in the elastic member holders, contact between the metal helical springs and liquid can be prevented.
