The arm sections also comprise a locking element for releasably locking with a mating locking element on the top component. A major advantage of the methods, systems and apparatuses disclosed herein is the savings in water that can be achieved without having to replace the current water-based urinal with a no-water urinal or expensive urinal with automatic flushing devices that control flushing.

Abstract: A water conservation fixture system comprises a handle lock assembly configured for placement on a handle of a fixture and at least one other structure selected from a fixture drain insert trap assembly, a fixture screen and combinations of both. The handle lock assembly comprises a top component and at least one locking arm pivotally attached to the top component, and the locking arm further comprising a locking element for releasably locking with a mating locking element on the top component. The fixture system may be integrated into existing fixture to significantly reduce or control water usage or otherwise convert the fixture to a low-water or no-water fixture without having to replace the current water-based fixture. The fixture system may also be integrated into new fixtures with corresponding mating features to optimize fit and function of the system with the new fixture.

The assembly is structured to dispense and recover handle cover material, such as a hygienic handle cover material in the form of a sheet, web, sleeve, or the like. The assembly includes a housing configured and/or structured to serve as a handle and which provides an interior in which handle cover assembly components and handle cover material are at least partially contained, from which handle cover material is dispensed, and to which handle cover material is recovered. In at least some embodiments, the handle cover material is dispensed from the interior of the assembly to at least partially cover at least a portion of the outer surface of the assembly housing. The assembly can be connected to a structure, such as cart (e.g., shopping cart, luggage cart), that includes a handle as a retrofit, or installed during manufacture.

A pump device in the housing dispenses a dose of the liquid odor control into a wicking area of the refill component. In another embodiment, the refill component includes the pump device. The pump device is installed into the housing when the refill component is replaced.
