  • Publication number: 20250047244
Abstract: A power amplification device that includes a substrate having a surface; an integrated circuit including a carrier amplifier and a peak amplifier and disposed on the surface; a carrier balun connected to the carrier amplifier; a peak balun connected to the peak amplifier; and a surface mount device disposed on the surface. Each of the carrier amplifier and the peak amplifier is a pair of differential amplifiers. The substrate includes multiple insulating layers arranged in a stacking direction. An electrode to which the surface mount device is soldered is provided on the surface. In a view from the stacking direction, the carrier balun, the electrode, and the peak balun, which are arranged in a second planar direction, are disposed on one side of the integrated circuit in a first planar direction.

  • Publication number: 20240171140
Abstract: A power amplifier circuit that includes a carrier amplifier, peaking amplifiers, an input coil, an output coil, an input coil, an output coil, an output terminal to which one end of the output coil is connected, and ¼-wavelength transmission lines. The carrier amplifier is connected to one end of the input coil. The peaking amplifier is connected to one end of the ¼-wavelength transmission line. The peaking amplifier is connected to one end of the input coil. The peaking amplifier is connected to one end of the ¼-wavelength transmission line. The other end of the ¼-wavelength transmission line is connected to the other end of the input coil. The other end of the ¼-wavelength transmission line is connected to the other end of the input coil. One end of the output coil is connected to the other end of the output coil.

  • Publication number: 20230063118
Abstract: A radio frequency module and a communication device capable of further suppressing a decrease in reception sensitivity are provided. A radio frequency module includes a switch (second switch), a reception filter (second reception filter), a low-noise amplifier (second low-noise amplifier), and a filter (second filter). The switch is configured to change over between a transmission path of a transmission signal and a reception path of a reception signal in communication based on a time division duplex system. The reception filter is provided at a subsequent stage of the switch and is configured to pass the reception signal in a predetermined frequency band. The low-noise amplifier is configured to amplify the reception signal that has passed through the reception filter. The filter is provided at a preceding stage of the switch in the reception path (second reception path).
