A mental disorder determiner determines whether or not the subject has a predetermined mental disorder on the basis of a feature amount variation that is a differential value between a feature amount extracted from a brain wave measured immediately before the magnetic stimulation and a feature amount extracted from a brain wave measured immediately after the magnetic stimulation.
