A particular method includes receiving a list including one or more search results generated in response to a query. Each of the one or more search results is associated with a document. A selection of a first document associated with a first search result of the one or more search results is received. Access is provided to content of the first document via a user interface. User input identifying at least a first portion of the first document is received via the user interface. A search results display including at least a portion of the list of the one or more search results is generated. The first portion of the first document is displayed with the first search result in the search results display.

The user is prompted to select one or more selected search results. The user is also prompted to select one or more selected properties. A record is generated for each of the selected search results that include the one or more selected properties. The record for each of the selected search results is then output.
