An extraction amount of the perfluoropolyether per 10 mm3 of the surface layer, is 0.10 mg or more and 5.00 mg or less, the extraction amount of the perfluoropolyether obtained by immersing the intermediate transfer member into a solvent that can dissolve the perfluoropolyether at 25 degrees in Celsius for 24 hours.
