  • Publication number: 20050036723
Abstract: The inner races 11 of ball bearings 7a, 7b are securely fitted by interference fit onto the portion of a rotatable shaft 5 whose outer diameter is not changed over the axial direction in order to support the rotatable shaft 5 in a motor case 4. In this state, the above respective ball bearings 7a and 7b are preloaded. The temperature of the above inner races 11 can reach 130? or a higher temperature in use. These inner races 11 are made of a steel containing its retained austenite in an amount of up to 4% by volume. The interference of the inner races 11 with the above rotatable shaft 5 is secured by inhibiting enlargement of the above inner races 11 in inner diameter due to the decomposition of the retained austenite. Accordingly, an air conditioning apparatus for automobile is realized with a structure which can be manufactured at a low cost, securing preload even in a high temperature environment, without giving riders discomfortable feeling.

  • Patent number: 5347462
Abstract: In order to enable the determination of a center precisely and automatically, a reference mark on a printed circuit board is image-recognized to determine tone transition points, thereby to determine an interim center and diameter of the mark by a four-points searching method. Next, a preset minute value .alpha. is added to the interim mark diameter to determine a standard circle diameter, thereby to set a standard circle having the interim center as its center. Then, image processing is performed in that standard circle and the mark is separated into a plurality of sections. The center of the mark is detected by determining the center of the section of the tone indicating the mark. Machining operations such as the perforations are carried out on the basis of the detected center.

  • Patent number: 5233536
Abstract: A method for perforating a printed circuit board on two perforating position identifying patterns using two perforating devices which have respective coordinate systems, wherein the two patterns are imaged by TV cameras. The pattern positions are detected by an image processing device with image signals. An inter-pattern spacing is calculated based on the detected values of the pattern positions, using an arithmetic circuit. An error between an inter-perforating-hole spacing and an inter-pattern spacing is calculated. Perforating positions are calculated from the patterns by the arithmetic circuit. A perforating control circuit controls the two perforating members to perforate at the printed circuit board at the same time.

  • Patent number: 4846801
Abstract: A drug delivery device includes a cylinder having a large diameter and a drug delivery member coaxially fitted to one end of the cylinder and in fluid communication therewith, the drug delivery member having a diameter substantially smaller than that of the cylinder. Drug delivery orifices are formed only at a side wall of the drug delivery member at an end thereof opposite the cylinder. A plunger fittable into an end of the cylinder opposite the drug delivery member has a disc portion and a central projection which fits into the drug delivery member. A cap covering the drug delivery member has an annular projection on the inside thereof for sealing the drug delivery member.

  • Patent number: 4206161
Abstract: A method of producing resin powder in which a resin solution prepared by dissolving a resin in a water-miscible solvent is sprayed from a nozzle while spraying water from another nozzle located close to the first-said nozzle so as to form fine emulsified droplets of said resin solution in water, then at least a substantial portion of the water-miscible solvent in said emulsified droplets is rapidly transferred into water to produce a suspension of resin powder. The suspension is then filtered. Apparatus for practicing this method is also provided.
