  • Patent number: 10422436
Abstract: A fluid housing in the form of a valve or sensor housing has a plastically shaped outer housing body made of metal with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, which have protruding tubular ports. On the outer circumference of the ports clamping rings are seated, which are welded to the associated port without the port being welded through.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 11, 2017
Date of Patent: September 24, 2019
Assignee: BUERKERT WERKE GMBH & CO. KG
    Inventors: Klaus-Guenther Beck, Andreas Lung
  • Patent number: 10158064
Abstract: A diaphragm actuator has a first frame part and a second frame part, between which at least two diaphragm layers are disposed in a stacked manner and formed as electro-active polymer layers. Furthermore, a method for producing a diaphragm actuator is described.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 29, 2015
Date of Patent: December 18, 2018
    Assignee: Buerkert Werke GmbH

  • Patent number: 9441752
Abstract: A valve housing comprising an outer pipe section which is formed from a prefabricated pipe and has a connector for a valve actuator, and comprising an inner pipe section with a valve seat which represents a fluidic connection between the outer and inner pipe sections, is provided with a cut-out in the peripheral wall of the outer pipe section. At least a portion of the inner pipe section including the valve seat protrudes into the outer pipe section from outside the outer pipe section, the valve housing being fluid-tight in the region of the cut-out.

  • Publication number: 20160082486
Abstract: There is described a valve housing which includes an inlet, an outlet and a vibration generator. The vibration generator is a surface wave chip which is mounted flat on the valve housing and is able to couple a surface wave into the valve housing.

  • Patent number: 9267617
Abstract: A drive unit for a micro valve comprises a housing, a spring and at least one shape memory alloy element which is attached to the housing in a deflectable manner. The shape memory alloy element is loaded by the spring towards a deflected position and is movable in response to a temperature increase and the shape memory effect activated thereby, into a position which is at least less deflected against an increasing load by the spring. A normally closed micro valve includes a fluid housing, at least one valve seat, a sealing element opposite the valve seat, and a drive unit of the type mentioned above. The shape memory alloy element cooperates with the sealing element and exerts an operating force on the sealing element for closing and opening the valve seat with or against a compression spring force.
