Abstract: A thermoform packaging machine comprising a forming station, a sealing station, and a cutting station for separating sealed packaging troughs from one another. The cutting station may comprise at least one cutting unit which is adapted to be positioned within the cutting station at different positions in the production direction. The cutting station may comprise a support that supports bottoms of the sealed packaging troughs conveyed into the cutting station for the purpose of separation from below. The support may comprise a plurality of support elements arranged in a horizontal bearing plane and which form a gap at a position in the support at which a cutting operation takes place according to the position of the cutting unit. The gap may be repositioned by moving the support elements to different positions to position the gap to accommodate a different position of the cutting unit within the cutting station.

The workstation may include an upper tool part to act in cooperation with the lower tool part during a working operation. The lower tool part may be engaged with or near in proximity to an upper tool part in the closed position, and will be spaced apart from the upper tool part in the open position. A tilting mechanism is provided for a tool changing operation to tilt the lower tool part into a tilted position when the lower tool part is in the open position. In one embodiment, the lower tool part is removed from the packaging machine on a rail system in the direction corresponding to the tilted position.

The method comprises the steps of: providing a mobile terminal having a generic e-mail configuration with at least one default POP3/SMTP server address, setting up a connection to a server identified by the default POP3/SMTP server address via the mobile communication network using a standard POP3/SMTP protocol, and in the proxy server evaluating a user identification based on specific information assigned to the user, identifying a user e-mail account assigned to the user identification, and setting up a connection to the identified e-mail account of an e-mail system.

Abstract: A method is provided for string conversion starting with identifying an original string for correction and receiving a command specifying an input mode. The method also involves generating an input sequence corresponding to the original string and interpreting the sequence according to the input mode, which generates a corrected string that is used to replace the original string. A corresponding apparatus and computer program are also provided.

Abstract: A circuit arrangement for a frequency-dependent analysis of received signals which lie in a wide overall frequency band utilizes a filter bank which cooperates with an evaluation circuit. The filter bank has frequency-dependent band filters connected thereto and comprises an evaluation frequency range which exhibits only a few small band width in relation to the overall frequency band. The received signals are processed by means of a filter circuit having adjoining pass ranges, the signals being modulated by a number of frequency modulators into an evaluation frequency range and an addition of the individual heterodyning frequency values is performed.

Abstract: An agglomerated mixture includes 30-95% by weight of highly dispersed metal oxides produced by flame hydrolysis and 5-70% by weight of inorganic opacifiers that have at least one absorption maximum in the range between 1.5 and 10 .mu.m, selected from the group consisting of inorganic oxides and mixed oxides, carbides and nitrides. The invention also relates to a process of manufacturing the mixtures and to their use as heat-insulating material and the like.
