    Abstract: A power supply monitoring apparatus, for which a plurality of different preset reference current values and corresponding permitted times are provided, includes: a cutoff device; current detection circuits; overcurrent detection circuits; an idle-up command circuit; and a low voltage detection circuit. When an overcurrent detection circuit detects a current value equaling or exceeding at least one of the preset reference current values, and when that condition continues for a time equaling or exceeding a permitted time corresponding to the pertinent reference current value, the circuit transmits a command to the cutoff device to interrupt the current supplied to a power feeding path. Further, when the idle-up command circuit detects an increase in a supplied current, an idle-up command is issued.

    Abstract: When a circuit is activated, bases of transistors Q1 and Q2 making up a first current mirror circuit 7 are grounded through switch means 10, whereby a current is forcibly made to flow into the bases of the transistors Q1 and Q2. Thus, the circuit operation can be made reliable at the activation time. A part of load current is shunted with good accuracy via a resistor R1 having a first resistance value of a predetermined magnification of a resistance value of a shunt resistor Rs, the first current mirror circuit 7, and a second current mirror circuit 8, and the output end of the shunted current is grounded via a resistor R2 having a second resistance value, so that an output voltage VOUT proportional to a load current IL can be obtained with good accuracy from the resistor R2 and the load current IL can be found with good accuracy from the output voltage VOUT.

To produce a patterned calcined inorganic film without inducing warpage, shrinkage of line width, or breakage of patterned lines, a patterned film formed on a substrate with a composition containing a heat decomposable binder and particles of an inorganic material is covered, prior to the calcining step, with a coating film of a heat decomposable resin composition capable of hardening or drying at a temperature lower than the temperature at which the heat decomposable binder is thermally decomposed and further capable of being burned off below the highest temperature of the calcining profile and thereafter the calcining step is performed.

When the photosensitive composition is in the form of a dry film, the film is laminated on the substrate.
