Based on a preset SC specific permissible value list, one or more by-design permissible values belonging to the SC is generated for a design element of the pair of wires. A layout of the pair of wires on a board is constructed based on the by-design permissible value.

    Abstract: When a control power source voltage becomes lower than an operation guarantee voltage level, the output of a start-up circuit assumes an H-level, a NOR gate produces an output shut-off signal of an L-level, and FETs are turned off. As the control power source voltage further decreases, the output shut-off control circuit loses stability in the operation. In this case, a resistor maintains the FETs in the OFF state due to its pull-down operation. As a result, the output of the output circuit is maintained in a high-impedance state over the whole range of control power source voltages lower than the operation guarantee voltage level.

The glass holder includes the first and second holder pieces, an attaching structure for attaching the glass holder to another member, and a hot-melt resin. The leg part has a first catch elastically projecting outward from an outer perimeter of the leg part to couple in the panel hole, and a second catch positioned at a tip of the leg part for preventing escape of the leg part from the insertion hole. When the pin with the leg part is inserted into the insertion hole, the first catch is positioned in the open part to engage the panel.
