Patent number: 8221872Abstract: An easy-open end comprising a resin-coated metal plate obtained by coating a metal substrate with a anti-blocking agent-containing biaxially drawn film via a primer, wherein an important feature resides in that the anti-blocking agent in the biaxially drawn film is of a spherical shape having an average particle size of 0.5 to 2.5 ?m and an average particle size ratio (long diameter/short diameter) in a range of 1.0 to 1.2, and is contained at a ratio of 0.05 to 0.5% by weight in the biaxially drawn film. Even without forming a top-coat layer, therefore, the film is not scratched or the forming-tool is not damaged by the anti-blocking agent that adheres and deposits on the forming tool. Besides, the resin coating favorably adheres to the metal plate offering excellent advantage in production and in economy.Type: GrantFiled: September 28, 2006Date of Patent: July 17, 2012Assignee: Toyo Seikan Kaisha, Ltd.Inventors: Etsuko Yaoi, Satoshi Fujita, Akio Kuroda, Kouji Katou, Toshio Sue

Publication number: 20110024146Abstract: A hammering tool includes, within its tool main body, a piston which reciprocates by using a motor as its drive force, a hammering member which carries out its hammering operation in linking with the reciprocating motion of the piston, and an intermediate member which transmits a hammering force of the hammering member to a top end tool mounted on the top end of the tool main body. The tool main body further includes a measuring device which measures a hammering state of the hammering member and a control device which controls the number of rotations of the motor. The control device, according to measurement results of the measuring device, determines the limit number of times of hammering where the hammering member becomes unable to follow the reciprocating motion of the piston, and thus controls the number of rotations of the motor.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 23, 2008Publication date: February 3, 2011Applicant: MAX CO., LTD.Inventors: Kouji Katou, Terufumi Hamano, Yoshitaka Otsuka, Akira Teranishi, Kazuya Sakamaki

Patent number: 6075328Abstract: A motor drive apparatus and an air-conditioner using the motor control apparatus has a feature which allows it to gradually increase a dc voltage value to a predetermined value when starting the switching operation of a chopper circuit by dc voltage control thereof, and when stopping the switching operation of the chopper circuit to be able to gradually decrease the dc voltage value to a predetermined value. Further, the dc voltage command value is adjusted so as to make it possible to maintain a preferred value of dc voltage. Thereby, fluctuation in the number of revolutions of the motor can be prevented even if the converter is started or stopped while the motor is operating, thereby allowing the motor drive apparatus and air-conditioner using the motor control apparatus of the invention to be operated at their maximum capacities.Type: GrantFiled: October 8, 1997Date of Patent: June 13, 2000Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Yasuo Notohara, Yukio Kawabata, Makoto Ishii, Hiroshi Shinozaki, Kouji Katou, Yuhachi Takakura
