  • Patent number: 7240872
Abstract: A pair of disk-shaped annular flanges is made of material firmer than that of a hollow cylindrical-shaped roller portion. The roller portion has an outer peripheral surface in which the flanges are mounted at opposite ends thereof. On press-fitting a pair of bearings in the roller portion, the flanges are retained by means of bearing flanges. The outer peripheral surface of the roller portion has a pair of flange guides, at opposite ends thereof, for guiding the flanges. The flange guide has a longitudinal length shorter than thickness of the flange. An adhesive agent may be filled in a gap formed among an end surface of the roller portion, the disk-shaped annular flange, and the bearing.

  • Patent number: 7195190
Abstract: A pin retainer locks a leader pin during a movement of a pull-out assembly where the leader pin is coupled to a grabber between a grabber holder and a take-up reel. The pin retainer is urged toward a locking position by a spring. When the grabber comes close to a cartridge, a first releasing arm makes the pin retainer retract to a retracted position opposed to urging force of the spring.

  • Publication number: 20060291092
Abstract: A clutch member coupling a first gear with a second gear with a play has a first clutch gear engaged with the first gear and a second clutch gear engaged with the second gear. Between the first clutch gear and the second clutch gear, a torsion spring for imparting the play to the clutch member is disposed. A combination of a protrusion portion, a lock arm cam, and a lock arm controls so that the play caused by the torsion spring is effective while a rotational angle of the first clutch gear lies in a first angular range and controls so that the play caused by the torsion spring is ineffective so as to make the first clutch gear and the second clutch gear move integrally while the rotational angle of the first clutch gear lies in a second angular range.

  • Patent number: 6841022
Abstract: An apparatus includes a connection sheet having a separator layer and an adhesive film layer formed on the separator layer such that said adhesive film layer can be peeled from the separator layer. The cohesive strength of the adhesive film layer decreases when the adhesive film layer is heated to a predetermined temperature. Electronic parts each have an electrode surface and at least one electrode on the electrode surface. The electrode surface of each of the electronic parts is affixed to the adhesive film layer such that the adhesive film layer coats all exposed portions of the electrode surface and coats all exposed surfaces of the at least one electrode.

  • Publication number: 20020152573
Abstract: A wiper blade 4 is movably arranged along a glass surface 3. Piezoelectric elements 6a and 6b comprise a piezoelectric ceramic and apply vibration to the wiper blade 4. Owing to this vibration, the wiper blade 4 moves by itself on the glass surface 3. The piezoelectric elements 6a and 6b are provided on the wiper blade 4, its tip, etc. Since the wiper blade 4 moves by itself, there is no need for an electromagnetic motor or a link mechanism to drive the wiper blade. It is possible to provide a small and light-weight wiper apparatus or improve the layout. Accordingly, the wiper apparatus can be mounted on a narrow and small place such as a glass hatch or a convertible's rear window.

  • Patent number: 6338195
Abstract: A connection sheet which firmly bonds electrodes that face each other together by interposing the connection sheet between the electrodes. The connection sheet comprises a first adhesive layer containing a first adhesive having an insulating property and a second adhesive layer containing a second adhesive having an insulating property and a conductive material and placed at least on one side of the first adhesive layer. At the same time of electrode connection, the second adhesive molten has a viscosity equal to or lower than that of the first adhesive when molten. When the electrodes are connected with this structure, the conductive material contained in the second adhesive layer is embedded in the first adhesive layer having relatively high melting viscosity, and part of the conductive material is trapped on the electrodes to be connected in contact therewith. Accordingly, the conductive material can be securely held between the electrodes.
