  • Patent number: 9189683
Abstract: A target image detection device for detecting a target image from an original image has an acquiring section for acquiring the original image, a determining section for determining a detection condition different from a detection condition of a previous time of a plurality of detection conditions for detecting the target image, a detecting section for detecting the target image with the detection condition determined by the determining section with respect to the original image acquired by the acquiring section, and an output section for outputting a detection result detected by the detecting section.

Date of Patent: November 17, 2015
    Assignee: OMRON Corporation
    Inventor: Kozo Moriyama
  • Patent number: 8774456
Abstract: A digital camera that includes: a storage section, a frame image obtaining section, and a characterizing point extracting section for extracting tracking-purpose characteristic information from the frame image and storing the tracking-purpose characteristic information into the storage section. The tracking-purpose characteristic information being information for tracking and characterizing a target object included in a moving image. The digital camera also includes a tracked object area calculating section, a detective feature extracting section, and a registration section for registering a part or all of the detective characteristic information.

  • Patent number: 8396264
Abstract: A face matching device (1) of the present invention includes: a target image obtaining section (101) for obtaining a target face image capturing time, that is, the time of capturing a target face image; and a matching use image selecting section (104) for selecting, on the basis of (i) the target face image capturing time obtained by the target image obtaining section (101) and (ii) a reference face image capturing time stored in a reference image database (121), a reference face image for use in matching. With the arrangement, it is possible to carry out accurate matching with respect to a desired face image among a plurality of images including face images which show respective persons of various ages.

  • Patent number: 7155550
Abstract: A program-executing apparatus has a simple configuration, is capable of executing high-speed processing, and is capable of providing high security. The apparatus is configured such that a host system wherein a program execution environment using a general-purpose OS 16 is set and a subsystem 200 wherein a virtual-machine execution environment is set are built into independent operation circuits, and a DPRAM 3 is coupled to a general-purpose bus that connects the two operation circuits. In one of the systems 100 and 200, when a process to be requested to the other system has occurred, an interface built into each of the systems writes a command indicative of the contents of the process into the DPRAM, and outputs an interrupt to the remote system; and in response to an interrupt notified from the other system, the interface executes a process of reading a command written by the DPRAM 3.
