Abstract: A semiconductor device structure, along with methods of forming such, are described. The semiconductor device structure includes a first dielectric feature extending along a first direction, the first dielectric feature comprising a first dielectric layer having a first sidewall and a second sidewall opposing the first sidewall, a first semiconductor layer disposed adjacent the first sidewall, the first semiconductor layer extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a second dielectric feature extending along the first direction, the second dielectric feature disposed adjacent the first semiconductor layer, and a first gate electrode layer surrounding at least three surfaces of the first semiconductor layer, and a portion of the first gate electrode layer is exposed to a first air gap.

Abstract: A device includes: a complementary transistor including: a first transistor having a first source/drain region and a second source/drain region; and a second transistor stacked on the first transistor, and having a third source/drain region and a fourth source/drain region, the third source/drain region overlapping the first source/drain region, the fourth source/drain region overlapping the second source/drain region. The device further includes: a first source/drain contact electrically coupled to the third source/drain region; a second source/drain contact electrically coupled to the second source/drain region; a gate isolation structure adjacent the first and second transistors; and an interconnect structure electrically coupled to the first source/drain contact and the second source/drain contact.

Abstract: A touch device includes a touch sensing unit, a vibrator and a vibration transmitting unit. The vibrator is used for generating vibration energy. The vibration transmitting unit is installed on a backside of the touch sensing unit and connected with the vibrator for transmitting the vibration energy to the touch sensing unit. The vibration transmitting unit includes a vibration-homogenizing plate. The rigidity of the vibration-homogenizing plate decreases as the distance from the vibrator increases.

Abstract: A set top box, communicating with a handheld device, authenticates the handheld device according to an authenticating signal received from the handheld device, and assigns a unique identifier to the handheld device that has been authenticated. The set top box further stores the unique identifier into a user favorite table, sets the set top box according to a setting signal received from the handheld device that has been authenticated, and stores a user favorite recorded in the setting signal and the unique identifier of the handheld device into the user favorite table.

Abstract: A vibratile display device includes a back plate, a panel assembly and at least one flexible pin. The back plate has a plurality of first fixing holes. The panel assembly is fixed to the back plate and includes a base and a display panel. The base has a carrier portion and a plurality of lugs extending outward from the carrier portion. Each lug has at least one second fixing hole corresponding to the first fixing holes. The display panel is disposed on the carrier portion of the base. An insert portion of the flexible pin is inserted into the first fixing hole of the back plate, and a neck portion of the flexible pin is inserted into the corresponding second fixing hole. A lean portion of the flexible pin is located between the base and the back plate. A top portion of the flexible pin protrudes a surface of the lugs.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, a number of electrical terminals secured in the housing, a spacer, and a fastening mechanism for connecting the housing to the spacer. The housing forms mounting two arms rearwardly extending from opposite ends thereof. Correspondingly, the spacer forms two support sections at opposite ends thereof. The mounting arms and the support sections are interconnected by the fastening mechanism to integrate the housing and the spacer together. Thus, when the height of the connector requires adjustment, it is unnecessary to design another mold for the entire housing. Only the spacer needs to be molded again resulting in a time and cost efficient manufacturing process.
