  • Patent number: 12058396
Abstract: A system is provided that generates a disparate live output stream manifest. In first instance, second live input stream manifest or first pre-encoded media asset manifest is inserted into disparate live output stream manifest based on first transition due to at least one of first event in first live input stream manifest and program start message in second live input stream manifest or first pre-encoded media asset manifest. In second instance, second pre-encoded media asset manifest or second live input stream manifest is inserted based on second transition due to second event in first pre-encoded media asset manifest. Insertion is from location of program start message such that indexed media segments corresponding to second live input stream or second pre-encoded media asset are streamed on disparate live media output stream. Disparate live output stream manifest, generated based on the first or the second instance, is published to content delivery system.

  • Patent number: 12053375
Abstract: The present invention provides a prosthetic heart valve device with improved fit and/or apposition between the device frame and left atrial tissue and/or the device base and the annular tissue of the left atrium to improve shifting of the implanted device and/or mitigate paravalvular leakage. The improved fit and/or apposition arises in various embodiments by providing or allowing an asymmetrical frame and/or frame base and/or providing a lower lip to aid in conforming to the asymmetrical shape of the atrium and/or ensure firm positioning therein. An additional benefit of these arrangement(s) is mitigation of paravalvular leakage as a result of improved fit and seal. In certain embodiments, the asymmetry of the frame assists with delivery of the device into the atrium.

  • Patent number: 12058548
Abstract: Systems and methods for performing measurements of one or more cells during an small data transmission (SDT) procedure between a user equipment (UE) and a network when the UE is in a radio resource control (RRC) INACTIVE state are described herein. Beam and/or cell measurements taken during an SDT measurement period of the SDT procedure may be used to determine one or more respective cell qualities, among other possibilities. Beginnings and endings of the SDT measurement period, and the manner (timing) for taking measurements within the SDT measurement period, are also described. The cell qualities so determined can then be used to monitor, during the SDT measurement period, for a measurement event, which causes the UE to send a measurement report to the network having data determined using those cell qualities, and/or to send messaging intended to induce the network to change the RRC state of the UE.

  • Patent number: 12056212
Abstract: An illustrative image descriptor generation system determines a subset of image descriptors from a plurality of image descriptors that each correspond to a different feature point included within an image. The subset of image descriptors is determined based on geometric proximity, within the image, of respective feature points of the subset of image descriptors to a feature point of a primary image descriptor. The image descriptor generation system then selects a secondary image descriptor from the subset of image descriptors and combines the primary image descriptor and the secondary image descriptor to form a composite image descriptor. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 12058021
Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for sanitizing logged data packets in a distributed system prior to storing them in a remote or third-party data server. Interactions with an application are monitored and values in a data packet are extracted from the interaction. The values are classified based on a classification configuration and respective labels of the values. The values are then sanitized based on the classification to prevent exposure of secure or private data. The sanitized data packets are then logged into the remote data server. The logged data can be used to help resolve events occurring in the application. The classification configuration can be iteratively updated and the interactions repeated to capture data that was previously sanitized to aid in resolution of events. The logged data can also be used in research or analysis, such as for identifying potential improvements to the application.

  • Patent number: 12056884
Abstract: A method of identifying a particular mask for a patient for use in delivering a flow of breathing gas to the patient is carried out by first receiving a 2-D frontal image of the patient. Next, 3-D facial information of the patient is determined from the 2-D frontal image. At least some of the 3-D facial information is compared with dimensional information of a plurality of candidate masks. Finally, the particular mask for the patient is determined from a result of the comparison of the at least some of the 3-D facial information and the dimensional information of the plurality of candidate masks.

  • Patent number: 12056700
Abstract: Examples describe data security and routines structured to avoid conflicts. One example includes accessing data for a merchant website including a framework with a first routine for a function, and accessing an account security element for the merchant website with a second routine associated with an account security system for the function. The second routine is optimized to avoid conflicts with the first routine. The framework is automatically updated while the second routine is maintained with no changes. The merchant website data is then transmitted with the updated first routine and the account security element with the second routine, where the updated first routine and the second routine facilitate data security on the client device without framework conflicts when the updated first routine for the function and the second routine for the function operate concurrently on the client device.
