  • Publication number: 20230289569
Abstract: The present disclosure provides, for example, a non-transitory computer readable medium including program instructions that automatically extracts a clinically important mutation from genome data. The non-transitory computer readable medium including program instructions which when executed by a processor (21) causing a computer to execute a process comprising: acquiring, by the processor, training data in which genome data obtained by reading a base sequence included in a specimen and a genetic mutation according to the specimen are recorded in association with each other, for a plurality of genetic tests performed in the past; and generating, by the processor, a learning model (53) for outputting a prediction relevant to the genetic mutation based on the specimen in a case where the genome data obtained by reading the base sequence included in the specimen is input by setting the genome data as input and the genetic mutation as output.

  • Publication number: 20220375246
Abstract: The present invention provides a document display assistance system which estimates and highlights significant words in a document of a specific field. The system comprises: a database in which selection-target words and non-selection-target words are registered; a learned word-selection model having been applied with machine learning for estimating whether a word is a selection-target word; a text pre-processing unit which segments words from an accepted display-target document; a word classification unit which classifies, based on the database, the word into any of a selection-target word, a non-selection-target word, and an indeterminate word; a text post-processing unit which generates output data by imparting a predetermined attribute to a predetermined word in the display-target document; and an output unit which outputs the output data.

  • Patent number: 10573405
Abstract: There is provided a genome analysis device configured to analyze genome data including a large quantity of fragmented genome base sequences, and transmit output data concerning the genome data in response to an output request from a client device connected via a network, the genome analysis device including; a storage unit for storing data for visualization of multiple different layers, for the genome data; a request receiving unit for receiving an output request from the client device; and an output data generating unit for selecting data for visualization of a layer corresponding to the output request from the storage when the request receiving unit receives the output request, and generating output data based on the data for visualization of the selected layer.

  • Patent number: 9274119
Abstract: The present invention relates to an antibody binding to Claudin6 (CLDN6) expressed on a cell membrane. The antibody of the present invention recognizes human CLDN6 present in a native form on cell membrane surface and exhibits cytotoxicity through ADCC and/or CDC activities against cancer cell lines highly expressing human CLDN6. Moreover, the antibody of the present invention has cell growth inhibitory effect through conjugation with toxin on cancer cell lines highly expressing human CLDN6. The human CLDN6 is overexpressed in tumor tissues (lung adenocarcinoma, gastric cancer, and ovarian cancer), although its expression is not observed in normal tissues. Thus, the anti-CLDN6 antibody is expected to highly accumulate in tumors highly expressing human CLDN6 and can serve as a very effective antitumor agent.

  • Publication number: 20140215820
Abstract: An inner hole to which a driving shaft is inserted is formed in a cam piece of a camshaft, and a plurality of grooves extending in the insertion direction of the driving shaft are formed in the inner hole. The driving shaft is inserted into the inner hole with the cam piece heated to expand the diameter of the inner hole. By reducing again the diameter of the inner hole by cooling it in this state, an outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft is pressed and raised by the inner hole and enters the groove, by which the cam piece is firmly fixed onto the driving shaft.

  • Publication number: 20080250895
Abstract: An inner hole 31 to which a driving shaft 2 is inserted is formed in a campiece 3 of a camshaft 1, and a plurality of grooves 34 extending in the insertion direction of the driving shaft 2 are formed in the inner hole 31. The driving shaft 2 is inserted into the inner hole 31 with the cam piece 3 heated to expand the diameter of the inner hole 31. By reducing again the diameter of the inner hole 31 by cooling it in this state, an outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft 2 is pressed and raised by the inner hole 31 and enters the groove 34, by which the cam piece 3 is firmly fixed onto the driving shaft 2.
