    Abstract: An actuator is configured to drive a boost pressure control valve of a supercharger and includes an electric motor, an output shaft, a speed reducer, a rotational angle sensor and a magnetic circuit holder member. The speed reducer includes a final gear. The final gear is made of metal and is fixed to the output shaft, and the speed reducer reduces a speed of rotation outputted from the electric motor and transmits the rotation of the reduced speed to the output shaft. The rotational angle sensor includes a magnetic circuit device and a sensing device and senses a rotational angle of the output shaft. The magnetic circuit holder member is a non-magnetic member fixed to the output shaft. The magnetic circuit holder member is formed separately from the final gear and holds the magnetic circuit device.

    Abstract: An actuator drives a boost pressure control valve of a supercharger of an engine and includes an electric motor, an output shaft, a speed reducer, a rotational angle sensor and a housing. The speed reducer includes three pairs of metal gears and is configured to reduce a speed of rotation outputted from the electric motor and transmit the rotation to the output shaft. The rotational angle sensor includes a magnetic circuit device and a sensing device and senses a rotational angle of the output shaft. The housing receives the metal gears and the magnetic circuit device in a common space and supports the output shaft. In an installed state of the actuator where the actuator is installed to the engine, a meshing portion of the metal gears is located on a lower side of a magnetic circuit lowest point in the gravity direction.

The wiring holder member forms a connector that receives an end portion of the electric wiring and projects from the inside to the outside of the housing through the connector insertion hole.

    Abstract: An actuator is provided for driving a turbocharging pressure control valve of a turbocharger. The actuator comprises a motor, an output shaft and a speed reduction mechanism for transmitting rotation of the motor to the output shaft by reducing a rotation speed. The speed reduction mechanism includes at least one gear having a shaft hole, a support shaft inserted into the shaft hole and holding the gear rotatably, and wall portions provided at both ends of the support shaft in a manner sandwiching the gear. The speed reduction mechanism further includes a wear powder holding portion provided radially outside an outer periphery of the support shaft and in at least one of two end portions of the shaft hole and the wall portions in a manner to hold wear powder or foreign substance without scattering.

    Abstract: A programming equipment is used for automatically constructing programs by selecting and interconnecting a plurality of previously prepared unit programs in accordance with instructions by an operator. A screen of a display unit is divided into a plurality of partial display areas. A memory has a plurality of unit storage areas, one for each partial display area, for storing unit program names and data flow specifications. The information of the respective area is displayed in block form on the display unit so that the operator can readily construct a process data flow by operating the input device while watching the display unit. The programming equipment reads out the area information from the areas in a predetermined sequence, and selects and interconnects the unit programs to construct the program corresponding to the process data flow.

    Abstract: A programmable sequence controller is provided with a display signal processor for preparing and correcting a sequence program in combination with a CRT (or cathode ray tube) display device. The signal processor simply effects signal processing of branch points and composition points in case where a so-called "ladder diagram" constituting the sequence diagram with relay symbols is prepared and displayed. Branch information is stored in an FIFO (or first in first out) register. The branch information is sequentially received and stored, and the information thus stored is read out in the order of storage, thus preparing the ladder diagram. There are provided a register for instructing the FI operation and a register for instructing the FO operation. The sequence display controller is applicable to the cases where a new ladder diagram is to be prepared, the diagram once prepared is corrected, and the operation is checked.
